  Federndes   Halslager   für Schleudermaschinen. 



   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein federndes Halslager für Schleudermaschinen aller Art, dessen Lagerbüchse in bekannter Weise zwischen zwei übereinander gelagerten und gegeneinander federnden Ringscheiben hängt. Es unterscheidet sich von den bekannten Lagerausbildungen dadurch, dass die von der Welle durchsetzte und von den Federscheiben gehaltene Lagerbüchse am äusseren Umfange einen Ringflansch keilartigen Querschnitts trägt, der zwischen die beiden Federscheiben zu liegen kommt.

   Dadurch wird erreicht, dass die   Lagerbüchse   von den Ringscheiben stets in die mittlere Lage zurückgedrängt wird und ausser einer weitgehenden seitlichen Nachgiebigkeit auch gleichzeitig in senkrechter Richtung leicht durchfedern sowie sich der wagerechten gegenüber leicht schräg neigen kann, wodurch ihre zwanglose Einstellung auch bei seitlich abwärts-oder aufwärtsgerichtetem Drucke gewährleistet ist. 



   Die Halslagerausbildung nach der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung in einem Aus-   führungsbeispie1e   dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 das Lager im Achsialschnitt, Fig. 2 im Grundriss und Fig. 3 einen Teil der angewendeten Metallfederscheibe in Ansicht. Die   Lagerbüchse   trägt einen Ringflansch 2 von   keilförmigem   Querschnitt, vermittelst dessen sie zwischen den gegeneinander federndem Metallscheiben   (j, 7 hängt. Diese   besitzen eine mittlere Ausbohrung   entsprechend'lein Lagerbüchsendurchmesser   (Fig.   3)   und radiale Schlitze 71, welche die Scheibe   unterteilen.    The subject of the invention is a resilient neck bearing for centrifugal machines of all kinds, the bearing bush of which hangs in a known manner between two annular disks which are superposed and resilient against one another. It differs from the known bearing designs in that the bearing bush penetrated by the shaft and held by the spring washers has an annular flange on the outer circumference of a wedge-like cross-section which comes to lie between the two spring washers.

   This ensures that the bearing bush is always pushed back into the middle position by the ring disks and, in addition to extensive lateral flexibility, can also simultaneously slightly deflect in the vertical direction and incline slightly obliquely with respect to the horizontal one, which means that its unconstrained setting even with downward or sideways upward printing is guaranteed.
