  Oruckknopfverschluss.

  Snap button closure.

The invention relates to those known snap fasteners, the closure parts of which are wholly or partially made of artificial material, such as celluloid. Hard rubber or the like. Are made and consists in the fact that the perforated plate into which the button jumps is kept so much thinner around its perforation serving to receive the button. that at this point the elasticity or spring effect required for the button to snap in arises.

Furthermore, in one embodiment, the perforated plate has a recess of at least the size of the footplate. tte of the head part arranged to accommodate the footplate and at the same time to achieve sufficient elasticity of the perforated plate by thinning the middle part.

Some embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing.

In the snap fastener illustrated in section and in the plan view of the eyelet plate in FIG. 1, the elasticity for the button to spring in is achieved by the fact that the perforated plate, into whose hole the button jumps and whose hole edges are intended to hold it back, is close by the edge of the hole weakens so as to create a resilient tire around the hole. The entire eyelet plate must not be weakened in such a way that it can no longer withstand normal pressure or impact; it is therefore given sufficient strength, regardless of the elasticity necessary for the button to snap in. and reduces the cross-section in the vicinity of the perforation in such a way that it becomes sufficiently elastic.

In the drawing, a is the button. which is pressed into the perforated plate b, b1 is the tire which is made thinner to make it elastic.

Do you want to increase the elasticity? so one can in known by thin
Make incisions in tires.

In the pressure fastener according to FIG. 2, a is again the button part and b is the perforated eyelet plate, which is used to hold back the button: at bl, the part around the perforation is pressed up in a known manner. so that it forms a raised edge.
