Abstract
Bei Transportbehältern für feuchtigkeitsempfindliches Stückgut, bestehend aus einer Boden-, einer Plafond- und Seitenwänden, ist eine dicht verschließbare Öffnung zum Be- und Entladen des Stückgutes vorgesehen. Um gattungsgemäße Transportbehälter so zu verbessern, dass bei möglichst geringen Kosten beim Aus- und Einpacken Zeit und Arbeit gespart wird, wird an der Innenseite zumindest einer der Wände (1, 2, 3, 4) zumindest eine Halterung (10) für plattenförmige Substrate (11) vorgesehen, welche Substrate ein hygroskopisches oder korrosionshemmendes Material enthalten. Die Halterung (10) ist eine Schwalbenschwanz- oder T-Nut (13), wobei die vorstoßenden Ränder (14) der Schwalbenschwanz- oder T-Nut (13) mit der Innenfläche (15) der Wand bündig sind.In the case of transport containers for moisture-sensitive piece goods, consisting of a bottom, a ceiling and side walls, a tightly closable opening is provided for loading and unloading the piece goods. Die Erfindung betrifft Transportbehälter für feuchtigkeitsempfindliches Stückgut, bestehend aus einer Boden-, einer Plafond- und Seitenwänden, wobei eine dicht verschliessbare Öffnung zum Be- und Entladen des Stückgutes vorgesehen ist. Derartige Behälter werden beispielsweise zum Transport bearbeiteter Maschinenteile von der Herstellung in einem Werk zum Einbau in eine Maschine in einem anderen Werk verwendet. Es kön- nen Wellen für ein Getriebe, ein Motorblock für ein Fahrzeug oder ein zerlegtes Fahrzeug zum Zusammenbau in Übersee ("CKD") sein.
Es ist heute üblich, das Stück des Gutes beziehungsweise die einzelnen Teile gemeinsam mit einem ein hygroskopisches oder korrosionshemmen- des Material enthaltendem Säckchen einzeln einzupacken und lagenweise in den Transportbehälter zu schlichten, mit einer entsprechend geformten oder formbaren Zwischenschicht zwischen den Lagen. Das ist ausseror- dentlich arbeitsaufwendig (vor allem bei Kleinteilen), verbraucht grosse Mengen des hygroskopischen Materiales (das am Zielort entsorgt werden muss) und kann zu Verschmutzung des Gutes führen. All das ist beim automatischen Handhaben grosser Stückzahlen in der Serienfertigung besonders hinderlich.

Zwar ist hygroskopisches oder korrosionshemmendes Material als plattenförmiges Substrat bekannt und im Handel erhältlich. Es wird dort als "VCI" (=volatile corrosion inhibitor), oder einfacher als Korrosionsschutzplatte bezeichnet. Es wird beispielsweise von den Firmen Flöter GmbH und Branopac GmbH hergestellt und ist für Sonderzwecke bestimmt, etwa zum fixen Einbau in empfindliche Grossmaschinen.
Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, gattungsgemässe Transportbehälter so zu verbessern, dass bei möglichst geringen Kosten beim Aus- und Einpacken Zeit und Arbeit gespart wird.
Erfindungsgemäss wird das dadurch erreicht, dass an der Innenseite zumindest einer der Wände zumindest eine Halterung für die Aufnahme eines plattenförmigen Substrates vorgesehen ist, welches Substrat ein hygroskopisches oder korrosionshemmendes Material enthalten. Das Substrat, vorzugsweise eine dünne streifenförmige Platte, kann so entsprechend der Anordnung des Stückgutes über eine längere Strecke so angebracht sein, dass weder Einzelverpackung noch das bewusste Säckchen benötigt wird. Bei Erschöpfung kann es leicht ausgetauscht werden.
Da die gegenständlichen Transportbehälter meist aus Kunststoff bestehen, können beim Spritzen des Transportbehälters mit nur geringem Mehraufwand gleich mehrere Halterungen eingeformt werden.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist die Halterung eine Schwalbenschwanz- oder T-Nut, in die das plattenförmige Substrat in Längsrichtung emschiebbar ist (Anspruch 2). So können die Substratplatten in beliebiger Sortierung, Reihenfolge und Menge leicht eingeschoben und wieder herausgezogen werden; besonders leicht, wenn die Schwalbenschwanz-

oder T-Nut nach der Öffnung zum Be- und Entladen hin offen ist (Anspruch 3).
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind die vorstossenden Ränder der Schwalbenschwanz- oder T-Nut mit der Innenfläche der Wand bündig (Anspruch 4) oder sie gehen stetig in die Innenfläche der Wand über (Anspruch 5) Die Schwalbenschwanz- oder T-Nuten können in beliebiger Anzahl und in verschiedenen Richtungen angeordnet sein. Mit Vorteil verlaufen sie ent- weder vertikal (Anspruch 6) oder horizontal (Anspruch 7). Im ersteren Fall übergreifen sie mehrere übereinanderliegende Schichten des Stück- gutes, im zweiteren stehend eingeschlichtetes längliches Stückgut.
Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand von Abbildungen beschrieben und erläutert. Es stellen dar:

Fig. 1 zeigt eine besonders einfache Form eines erfindungsgemässen Transportbehälters. Er wird gebildet von einer Bodenwand 1, einer Plafondwand 2, die hier beispielsweise den zum Be- und Entladen geöffneten Deckel bildet und den Seitenwänden 3,4. Strichliert ist noch eine alternative türartige Öffnung 5 angedeutet.
Im Inneren des Transportbehälters befindet sich eine erste vertikale Halterung 10 und eine zweite horizontale Halterung 20. Derartige

Halterungen können an allen Wänden in beliebiger Zahl, Anordnung und Richtung ausgebildet sein. Wenn der Transportbehälter aus Kunststoff oder einem anderen spritzbaren Werkstoff besteht, können die Halterungen 10,20 gleich da eingeformt sein. In diesen Halterungen sind lampenförmige Substrate 11,21 gehalten.
Bei dem plattenförmigen Substrat handelt es sich um streifenförmiges oder in einzelnen Rechtecken zugeschnittenes plattenförmiges Material mit einer Dicke zwischen 3mm und 10mm (je nach Grösse und Volumen des Transportbehälters), das entweder mit einem hygroskopischen oder korrosionshemmenden und langsam verdampfenden Material getränkt ist, oder ganz oder teilweise aus einem solchen besteht.
In Fig. 2 ist erkennbar, dass die Halterung 10 von einer T-Nut 13 gebildet ist, deren vorstossende Teile 14 mit der Innenfläche 15 der Wand 4 bündig sind. Das Substrat 11ist in die T-Nut 13 normal zur Bildebene eingeschoben. Die vertikale Halterung 10 endet an der Oberkante der Seitenwand 4, von der aus bei geöffnetem Deckel 2 die Substratplättchen in die T-Nut 13 einschiebbar sind.
In Fig. 3 ist eine Schwalbenschwanznut 23 ausgebildet, deren vorstossende Teile 24 stetig in die Innenfläche 25 der Wand 3 übergehen.

Hygroscopic or corrosion-inhibiting material is known as a plate-shaped substrate and is commercially available. The substrate, preferably a thin strip-like plate, can be attached over a longer distance in accordance with the arrangement of the piece goods, so that neither individual packaging nor the deliberate sachet is required. If it is exhausted, it can easily be replaced.
Since the transport containers in question mostly consist of plastic, several holders can be molded in when the transport container is sprayed with little additional effort.
In a preferred embodiment, the holder is a dovetail or T-groove, into which the plate-shaped substrate can be pushed in the longitudinal direction (claim 2). In a development of the invention, the protruding edges of the dovetail or T-groove are flush with the inner surface of the wall (claim 4) or they continuously merge into the inner surface of the wall (claim 5). The dovetail or T-grooves can be of any number and be arranged in different directions. They advantageously run either vertically (claim 6) or horizontally (claim 7). In the former case, they overlap several layers of the piece good lying one above the other, in the second standing elongated piece goods.

Brackets can be designed on all walls in any number, arrangement and direction. If the transport container is made of plastic or another sprayable material, the brackets 10, 20 can be molded in there immediately. Lamp-shaped substrates 11, 21 are held in these holders.
The plate-shaped substrate is strip-shaped or cut into individual rectangles with a thickness of between 3mm and 10mm (depending on the size and volume of the transport container), which is either impregnated with a hygroscopic or corrosion-inhibiting and slowly evaporating material, or completely or partially consists of one.
In FIG. 2 it can be seen that the holder 10 is formed by a T-groove 13, the protruding parts 14 of which are flush with the inner surface 15 of the wall 4. The substrate 11 is inserted into the T-groove 13 normal to the image plane. The vertical holder 10 ends at the upper edge of the side wall 4, from which the substrate plates can be inserted into the T-groove 13 when the cover 2 is open.
In Fig. 3 a dovetail groove 23 is formed, the protruding parts 24 continuously merge into the inner surface 25 of the wall 3.
