Attachment of the rotating interrupter parts of a magneto ignition device for double ignition
In magneto ignition devices for double ignition, the cam disk n for the battery breaker u was previously arranged on the extended axis, on the same side of the ball bearing l.
According to the invention, as the drawing illustrates, the one interrupter is arranged to the right and the other to the left of the ball bearing, namely the cam disk n for the battery interrupter between the ball bearing and armature a. As a result, the impacts of the breakers do not act from the same side and on a long lever arm on the bearing, but both breakers sit on different sides and close to the bearing, so that the stress is a very favorable one. The cam disk n can be independent of the drive gear and ball bearing for itself, for. B. be fastened by a wedge k on the shaft b.
In the drawing, a connection between the cam disk n and the gear wheel z is also shown in dotted lines. The gear wheel and the cam disk are connected to one another by screws or rivets 8. A special fastening of the cam disk on axis b is then unnecessary. The connection is firm and yet quite simple and convenient, as the same parts that are required to connect the gear to the armature cover can also be used to fasten the cam disk, as the drawing shows (screws <).
Instead of the gear, the cam 11 can also be connected to the ball bearing l. L) a the ball bearing as well as the cam disk must be made of steel and hardened, the inner race of the ball bearing and the cam disk are then expediently made from one piece and pressed together onto the shaft.
PATENT CLAIMS:
