  Die Zeichnung zeigt in Fig. 1 eine massive Quarzglas-Isolation, in Fig. 2 eine
Glimmer-Isolation 3 mit innerem Quarzglasrohr 2 und Fig. 3 eine Isolation, bei der das   äussere   Rohr 6 aus Steatit, Porzellan oder auch aus Quarzglas, das innere   Rohr 5   aus
Quarzglas besteht. 



   Man kann solche Isolationen auch aus mehreren Quarzglasröhrchen, die ineinander 5 geschoben werden, horstellen und dadurch die nötige Festigkeit erzielen, ohne teuere   kompakte Stücke verwenden   zu müssen. Man kann aber auch nur einen Teil der Isolation aus Quarzglas, die anderen Teile aus irgend einem der gebräuchlichen Isolationsmaterialien. wie Porzellan, Stoatit, Glas usw., anfertigen. Ein Durchschlagen der Isolation wird auch bei eventuellem Springen der nicht aus Quarzglas bestehenden Teile nicht stattfinden können.
