   Die bisherigen itzapparate für Stickereien weisen alle den Nachteil auf, dass dieselben beim Ausätzen des Stickgrundes die Stickereien äusserst leicht beschädigen und somit den gestellten Anforderungen für eine sichere und saubere Arbeit nicht genügen. 



    Diesem bestand in jeder Hinsicht abzuhelfen, ist Zweck vorliegender Erfindung und geschieht dies dadurch, dass die Ätzflüssigkeit mittels Gummizapfen dem Grund von Stickereien   zugeführt wird. 



   Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes ; es zeigt Fig. 1 eine Ansicht des Apparates und Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach der   Linie A-B   der Fig. 1. 



     Das Rohr 1   besitzt an seiner Unterseite kreisrunde Öffnungen, in welche die hohlen, mit Aussengewinde versehenen Gewindezapfen 2 eingeschraubt sind. Auf diesen Gewindezapfen 2 sind die auf den zu bearbeitenden Stoff aufzusetzenden Gummizapfen 3 aufgeschraubt, welche mit einem sich konisch verjüngenden   Durchflusskanal   versehen sind. 



  Letztere schliessen sich in gebrauchsfertigem Zustande des Apparates an die Öffnungen der Gewindezapfen 2 an. Zur Abdichtung der Verbindung vom Rohr 1 mit dem Gewindezapfen 2 besitzen letztere einen Wulst 5, zwischen welchem und dem Rohr 1 ein Dichtungsring 6 an das letztere angepresst wird. 



   Die Einrichtung zur Regelung des Zuflusses von Ätzflüssigkeit zu den durch die Gewindezapfen und   Gummizapfen   gebildeten Hohlstiften und die Mittel,   um   diese Hohlstifte vom Stoff abzuheben, können die bekannten sein.

   The previous itzapparate for embroidery all have the disadvantage that they damage the embroidery extremely easily when etching out the embroidery base and thus do not meet the requirements for safe and clean work.



    This existed to remedy this in every respect, the purpose of the present invention and this is done by supplying the etching liquid to the bottom of the embroidery by means of rubber pins.



   The drawing illustrates an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention; 1 shows a view of the apparatus and FIG. 2 shows a cross section along the line A-B of FIG.



     On its underside, the tube 1 has circular openings into which the hollow threaded pins 2 provided with external threads are screwed. On this threaded pin 2, the rubber pins 3 to be placed on the material to be processed are screwed, which are provided with a conically tapering flow channel.



  The latter adjoin the openings of the threaded pin 2 when the apparatus is ready for use. To seal the connection between the pipe 1 and the threaded pin 2, the latter have a bead 5, between which and the pipe 1 a sealing ring 6 is pressed against the latter.



   The device for regulating the flow of etching liquid to the hollow pins formed by the threaded pins and rubber pins and the means for lifting these hollow pins from the material can be known.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Etching apparatus for embroidery, consisting of hollow etching liquid dispensing pins rigidly connected to a common tube and at right angles to this, a device to regulate the flow of etching liquid to the pins, and means for these pins to be lifted from the fabric, characterized in that the pins are formed by threaded studs provided with external threads, onto which rubber studs provided with a conically tapering flow channel and placed on the fabric to be processed are screwed.
