Verfahren zur Herstellung von Isoliermaterialien für Grundmauern.
Es ist bekannt, Isoliermaterialien für Grundmauern aus in bekannter Weise getränkten und mit einer Bestreuung versehenen Pappen herzustellen.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Neuerung, welche darin besteht, dass die Bestreuungsmaterialien (Korkschrot oder Holzspäne) vor dem Aufbringen auf das Isoliermaterial mit feuchtigkeits- und fäulnisschützenden Substanzen getränkt werden. Die vor der Bestreuung vorzunehmende Imprägnierung der Körper, wie Korkschrot, Holzspäno oder Kohleniüsche findet hiebei vermittelst Teer, Teerölen, Erdölen, Karbolineum oder anderen derartigen Ölen oder Asphaltsorten statt. Der Vorteil derartiger Isolierungsmaterialien besteht darin, dass eine Beschädigung der Isolierschicht nicht eintreten, noch diese in Fäulnis übergehen kann.
Die Bestreuung selbst bildet den Schutz gegen das Grundwasser und trägt dadurch zur Erhaltung der Isolierschicht bei.

It is known to produce insulating materials for foundation walls from cardboard soaked in a known manner and provided with a sprinkling.
The subject of the present invention is an innovation which consists in the fact that the sprinkling materials (cork pellets or wood chips) are soaked with substances that protect against moisture and rot before they are applied to the insulating material. The impregnation of the body, such as crushed cork, wood chips or coal, which has to be carried out before the sprinkling, takes place with the aid of tar, tar oils, petroleum, carbolineum or other such oils or types of asphalt. The advantage of such insulating materials is that the insulating layer cannot be damaged, nor can it turn into rot.
The sprinkling itself forms the protection against the groundwater and thus contributes to the maintenance of the insulating layer.
