2. Machine according to claim 1, characterized in that a press roller (27) arranged resiliently and adjustable in height above the comb drum (13) holds the skin in contact with the comb drum (13).

3. Machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the comb drum (13) is equipped with teeth of different strengths and different mutual distances from one another in order to achieve an even combing of the hair.
