Abreissvorrichtung fOr Flaschenkapseln.
Diese Erfindung betrifft eine bandförmige Abreissvorrichtung für Flaschenkapseln, welche an der Flaschenkapsf : l durch Reibung festgehalten wird dadurch, dass sie zwischen der Flaschenkapsel und dem Kork oder Stöpsel durch Umbördeln (Umkrämpen) oder anderweitiges Zusammenpressen der Kapsel beim Aufbringen der letzteren auf den Flaschenhals festgelegt wird.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass das die Abreissvorrichtung bildende Band V-förmig gebogen ist und die Enden der beiden Schenkel nebeneinanderliegend zwischen Kappe und Flaschenrand eingeklemmt sind.
Fig. 1 der Zeichnung zeigt eine Seitenansicht einer mit der Kapsel und dem Gerät zum Ablösen derselben ausgestatteten Flasche, Fig. 2 eine schaubildliche Ansicht des Korkes und der Kapselabreissvorrichtung vom Hals der Flasche getrennt.
A bezeichnet eine Flasche mit über den Hals derselben aufgekrämpter Kapsel B. Letztere enthält den Kork 0, welcher innerhalb der Kapsel durch deren in üblicher Weise umgekrämpten Rand BI gehalten wird.
D bezeichnet einen Streifen aus Metall oder anderem geeigneten Stoffe, wie z. B. ein Band aus Faserstoff, dessen eine Enden zwischen Kapsel und Kork vor Einsetzen des letzteren in erstere eingelegt werden, worauf der Rand der Kapsel umgekrämpt wird, wodurch die Enden des Streifens an der Kapsel festgelegt werden. Zum Zwecke, zu verhindern, dass der Streifen doppelt übereinander zu liegen kommt, werden die beiden Schenkel des Streifens so auseinandergebogen, dass sie an der Stelle, wo sie in die Kapsel eintreten, nebeneinander zu liegen kommen, wie aus Fig. 1 und 2 der Zeichnung ersichtlich.
Der auf diese Weise V-förmige Streifen bildet eine Art Schleife, in welche der Finger oder ein geeigneter Gegenstand (Werkzeug) eingeführt werden kann, der das Abreissen der Kapsel durch einfachen Zug an der Schleife erleichtert. Durch die V-förmige Ausgestaltung des Bandes wird auch der Vorteil erreicht, dass das Band noch an einer weiteren Stelle zwischen Kappe und Flaschenrand festgehalten und daher beim Öffnen noch ein zweiter Stütz- und Angriffspunkt geschaffen wird, so dass also das Öffnen sicherer als bei einem einfachen Bande erfolgt.
Wenn vorteilhaft, kann der Streifen D, falls er aus Metall hergestellt ist, auch mit der Kapsel verlötet oder durch andere Befestigungsmittel mit derselben vereinigt werden.
Nach Aufbringen des Verschlusses reicht der Streifen aussenseitig des Flaschenhalses an diesen anliegend herab und bildet so ein leicht zu erfassendes Mittel zum Ablösen der Kapsel durch einfachen Zug an diesen Streifen bzw. dessen Schleife.

Tear-off device for bottle caps.
This invention relates to a band-shaped tear-off device for bottle caps, which is held on the bottle cap by friction in that it is fixed between the bottle cap and the cork or stopper by crimping or otherwise compressing the capsule when the latter is applied to the bottle neck .
The invention consists in that the tape forming the tear-off device is bent in a V-shape and the ends of the two legs are clamped next to one another between the cap and the edge of the bottle.
FIG. 1 of the drawing shows a side view of a bottle equipped with the capsule and the device for detaching the same, FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of the cork and the capsule tear-off device separated from the neck of the bottle.
A denotes a bottle with the capsule B crimped up over its neck. The latter contains the cork 0, which is held within the capsule by its edge BI, which is crimped in the usual way.
D denotes a strip of metal or other suitable material, e.g. B. a band of fiber material, one ends of which are inserted between the capsule and cork before inserting the latter into the former, whereupon the edge of the capsule is turned over, whereby the ends of the strip are fixed to the capsule. For the purpose of preventing the strip from lying twice on top of one another, the two legs of the strip are bent apart so that they come to lie next to one another at the point where they enter the capsule, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 of FIG Drawing visible.
The strip, which is V-shaped in this way, forms a kind of loop into which the finger or a suitable object (tool) can be inserted, which makes it easier to tear off the capsule by simply pulling on the loop. The V-shaped design of the band also has the advantage that the band is held at a further point between the cap and the edge of the bottle and therefore a second point of support and engagement is created when it is opened, so that opening is safer than with one simple gang takes place.
If advantageous, the strip D, if it is made of metal, can also be soldered to the capsule or joined to the same by other fastening means.
After the closure has been applied, the strip extends down against the bottle neck on the outside and thus forms an easy-to-grasp means for detaching the capsule by simply pulling on this strip or its loop.
