Die vorliegende Einrichtung bezweckt die Auslösung des Schützenkastens samt Stange von dem Schützenkastenhebel in solcher Weise, dass die Einstellung nach Beseitigung des Hindernisses und Ingangsetzung des Stuhles wieder selbsttätig erfolgt.
Die lösbare Verbindung (Fig. 1, 2,3) ist in dem Schützenkastenhalter 3 der Schützen- kastenstange S angebracht, welcher durch Zug gelenkig und auf der Schützenkasten- stange 2 verschiebbar mit dem Schützenkastenhebel 5 verbunden ist. Letzterer wird durch die Zugstange 6 von der Wechselvorrichtnng betätigt.
Die Sicherheitsvorrichtung besteht aus einem Zapfen 7 und Zahn 8 mit Führung 9 im Kastenhalter 3, wobei die Spiralfeder 10 den Zapfen 7 und Zahn 8 an die Kastenstange drückt. Dieser Druck verhindert jedoch nicht, dass der Schiltzenkasten 1 mit Kastenstange 2 bei ausgelöster Stellung durch sein Eigengewicht leicht sinken kann. Durch Einklinken des Zahnes 8 in eine entsprechende Vertiefung an der Kastenstange 2 wird eine feste Verbindung des Schützenkastens 1 samt Stange 2 mit dem Schützenkastenhebel 5 erzielt.
Bei eingetretenem Hindernis im Schützenkasten 1 während des Wechselns erfolgt die Auslösung dadurch, dass der mit dem schwingenden Schützenkastenhebel 5 (durch Zug 4) verbundene Kastenhalter 3 den in ihm geführten unter Druck befindlichen Zahn 8 des Zapfens 7 zwingt, nach Überwindung des Federdruckes und der in der Führung 9 des Zapfens 7 auftretenden Reibung aus der Vertiefung herauszutreten und die Kastenstange 2 frai zu machen. Der ausgelöste Kastenhaiter 3 wird weiterhin auf der ausgelösten Kastenstange 2 auf oder ah geschoben, bis der Webstuhl stillsteht.
Nach Beseitigung des Hindernisses und Ingangsetzung des Stuhles sinken Schützenkasten 1 und Kastenstange 2 so tief herab, bis die Vertiefung der letzteren den Zahn 8 des Kastenhalters 3 erreicht hat und durch Einklinken die feste Verbindung mit dem Schutzenkastenhebel 5 wieder hergestellt ist.
