  Zuschneidbrett mit auswechselbarer Schnittfläche. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft ein Zuschneid brett, dessen Schnittfläche auswechselbar ist, um dieselbe nach Abnützung auswechseln zu können. 



   In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Fig. 1 zeigt den Rahmen des Zuschneidbrettes ; Fig. 2 denselben mit eingesetzter Stütze der Schnittfläche ; Fig. 3 die einzuschiebende Schnittfläche ; Fig. 4 das gebrauchsfähige   luschneidbrett   und Fig. 5 den Querschnitt desselben. 



   Das   Zuschneidhrett besteht   im wesentlichen aus einem Rahmen 1, 2, 3, 4 (Fig. 1), in welchem durch entsprechende Falzung ein das eigentliche Schneidbrett 8 unterstützendes Brett 5 befestigt ist. Die Oberkante der vorderen Rahmenleiste 1 ist mit der Oberfläche des   Stutzbrettes   5 in einer Höhe, während die übrigen Rahmenleisten um die Stärke des   Schneidhrettes < S   vorstehen, so dass letzteres in den Rahmen eingeschoben werden kann und in seiner Lage durch die drei höheren Rahmenleiste gestützt wird ; an der Vorderseite wird das Brett 8 durch um Zapfen 7 drehbare Riegel 6 festgestellt.

   Das eigentliche Schneid brett 8 wird durch das Stützbett 5 an seiner geizen Fläche unterstützt, so dass die dünnsten bzw. schwächsten Bretter oder Platten aus Komposition, Glas usw. verwendet werden   können.

   The invention relates to a cutting board whose cut surface is exchangeable in order to be able to replace the same after wear.



   An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. Fig. 1 shows the frame of the cutting board; 2 shows the same with inserted support of the cut surface; 3 shows the cut surface to be inserted; 4 shows the usable cutting board and FIG. 5 shows the cross section of the same.



   The cutting board consists essentially of a frame 1, 2, 3, 4 (Fig. 1), in which a board 5 supporting the actual cutting board 8 is fastened by appropriate folds. The upper edge of the front frame strip 1 is level with the surface of the support board 5, while the remaining frame strips protrude by the thickness of the cutting edge so that the latter can be pushed into the frame and is supported in its position by the three higher frame strips ; at the front, the board 8 is fixed by bolts 6 rotatable about pins 7.

   The actual cutting board 8 is supported by the support bed 5 on its stingy surface, so that the thinnest or weakest boards or panels made of composition, glass, etc. can be used.
