Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein computerimplementiertes Verfahren (100) zum Identifizieren einer Ursache eines mehrfach auftretenden Defekts in technischen Einrichtungen einer Gattung technischer Einrichtungen, welche vorzugsweise Fahrzeugbatterien (2) oder Fahrzeuge (3) sind, folgende Arbeitsschritte aufweisend: Erfassen (101) von Betriebsdaten einer Vielzahl technischer Einrichtungen der Gattung, wobei die Betriebsdaten Werteverläufe von zeitaufgelösten Messparametern umfassen und ein Betriebsverhalten und eine Umgebung einer jeweiligen technischen Einrichtung aus einem Feldbetrieb charakterisieren, und von defektbezogenen Zustandsdaten der jeweiligen technischen Einrichtung, wobei die Betriebsdaten derjenigen technischen Einrichtungen, bei denen der Defekt aufgetreten ist, defektmarkiert sind; Erzeugen (102) von Merkmalen durch Bearbeiten wenigstens eines Teils der Betriebsdaten mittels mathematischer Operationen und/oder durch Auswählen von Datenbereichen aus den Betriebsdaten, wobei die Merkmale jeweils mit unterschiedlichen möglichen Ursachen des Defekts korreliert sind; Auswählen (103) von in Bezug zu dem Defekt relevanten Merkmalen aus den erzeugten Merkmalen mittels einer Verkettung von Feature-Selection-Methoden, und Identifizieren (104) der Ursache des Defekts als Intersektion (1) der unterschiedlichen möglichen Ursachen des Defekts, mit denen die relevanten Merkmalen korreliert sind.
