Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren in einem Pulpetrockner. Das Verfahren umfasst Ausbilden (10) einer Pulpebahn (14) und Pressen (11) und Trocknen (12). Außerdem umfasst das Verfahren ein Blattschneiden (13) der ausgebildeten Pulpebahn (14) zu Blättern (24) und Aufstapeln der Blätter (24) zu Ballen (32). Das Verfahren umfasst außerdem ein Überwachen der Produktion der Pulpebahn (14). Gemäß dem Verfahren wird durch das Überwachen jegliche Diskontinuität der Produktion erfasst, jedoch das Blattschneiden (13) der restlichen Pulpebahn (14) bis zum Stoppen des Blattschneidens (13) fortgesetzt. Die Erfindung bezieht sich außerdem auf eine Schneidvorrichtung für einen Pulpetrockner.
