Abstract

Vorrichtung (1) zur Vibrationszirkulardichroismusanalyse eines Analyten, die umfasst: - eine Laserlichtquelle (2) zum Bereitstellen eines Laserstrahls (3); - einen Strahlenteiler (5) zum Teilen des Laserstrahls (3) in einen Probenstrahl (6a) und einen Referenzstrahl (6b); - einen Modulator (11) zum Modulieren der Polarisation des Probenstrahls (6a) und wahlweise des Referenzstrahls (6b); - eine Probenzelle (14a) und eine Referenzzelle (14b); - einen Probendetektor (15a) zum Detektieren des Probenstrahls (6a) und Erhalten eines Probenstrahlsignals, das einer Intensität des Probenstrahls (6a) entspricht; - einen Referenzdetektor (15b) zum Detektieren des Referenzstrahls (6b) und Erhalten eines Referenzsignals, das einer Intensität des Referenzstrahls (6b) entspricht; - einen Subtrahierer (16) zum Bilden eines Differenzsignals des Probensignals und des Referenzsignals. Darüber hinaus ein entsprechendes Verfahren.
