Abstract
Offenbart ist ein Verfahren zum Ermitteln einer Latenzzeit zwischen einem Messzeitpunkt und einem Zeitpunkt einer Messwertausgabe durch eine Messvorrichtung (30), wobei mindestens ein Messimpuls eines Prüflings (20) empfangen und ein erster Zeitstempel (35) eines Zeitgebers (34) dem Messimpuls zugeordnet wird, mindestens ein Datensatz des Prüflings (20) empfangen und ein zweiter Zeitstempel (36) des Zeitgebers (34) dem empfangenen Datensatz zugeordnet wird, und wobei eine Zeitdifferenz zwischen dem ersten Zeitstempel (35) und dem zweiten Zeitstempel (36) ermittelt wird.
