Wäsche-Waschmaschine.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Wäsche-Waschmaschine und besteht darin, dass die zur Wirkung kommenden, mit bekannten Riffeln ausgestatteten Wäschewalken. horizontal angeordnet sind, wobei die obere Walke eine hin und hergehende Bewegung erhält und die untere Walke, im Gefässe am Wasser frei schwimmend, infolge des Auftriebes gegen die obere Walke gedrückt wird.
Nachdem die untere Walke frei am Wasser schwimmend jedem Hindernisse leicht nachgeben kann, wird auch infolgedessen eine eminente Schonung der Wäsche erzielt.
Die Wäsche-Waschmaschine ist in Tischform mit einem im Scharniere aufklappbaren Deckel ausgeführt, an dessen Innenfläche die obere Walke beweglich angeordnet ist.
Die Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt.
Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt und Fig. 3 eine Stirnansicht bei gehobenem Deckel.
Die Wäsche-Waschmaschine besteht aus einem rechteckigen Gefässe a, welches einen aufklappbaren Deckel b besitzt, an dessen Innenfläche in Führungen d eine Walke c geradegeführt ist.
Eine untere horizontale Walke e ist mit Führungsbolzen f versehen, die in Hülsen 9 am
Boden h des Gefässes a geführt sind, wodurch ein Kanten der Walke e verhindert wird.
Der Boden der Walke e ist mit Durchbrechungen oder Öffnungen t ausgestattet, um dem Wasser freien Durchfluss zu gewähren.
Unterhalb des Bodens der Walke e sind Korkplatten k befestigt, welche die Walke am Wasser schwimmend erhalten. Beide Walken c und e sind mit schrägen, gleichfalls geriffelten seitenflächen und n versehen, welche die Wascharbeit an den Seiten vollfiihren.
Die Bewegung der oberen Walke c erfolgt von Hand aus oder mit Kraftantrieb. Der Antrieb erfolgt hier beispielsweise durch einen Handhebel n, welcher an der Stirnseite des Gefässes bei 0 gelagert und mit der Walke c mittels einer Zugstange p verbunden ist.
Soll nach erfolgter Wascharbeit der Deckel b gehoben werden, so ist es nötig, die Verbindung des Handhebels n mit der Zugstange p am Bolzen q zu lösen. Ein Ausschnitt r an der Stirnseite des Gefässes gestattet einen freien Durchgang der Zugstange p. Nun kann auch die Walke c gänzlich aus den Führungen d gezogen werden.
Behufs Reinigung des Gefässes wird die Walke c einfach herausgehoben.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE : I. Wäsche-Waschmaschine mit zwei übereinander liegenden horizontalen Walken (0 und e), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere in Führungen (d) am aufklappbaren Gefässdeckel (b) geradegeführt ist und hin und herbewegt werden kann, die untere Walke (e) aber frei im Gefäss (a) am Wasser schwimmend infolge des Auftriebes an die obere Walke (c) gepresst wird, wodurch wegen Nachgiebigkeit derselben Schonung der Wäsche erzielt wird.
