Abstract
Die Gefriertrocknungsanlage umfasst eine Temperiervorrichtung, die dazu ausgebildet ist, ein Auflagemittel (100) für Behältnisse der Gefriertrocknungsanlage zu temperieren. Die Temperiervorrichtung umfasst wenigstens einen Kanal, der dazu ausgebildet ein strömendes Temperiermedium zu leiten. Der Kanal, welcher das strömende Temperiermedium leitet, umfasst einen ersten Kanalabschnitt (15a) mit einer ersten Längsseite (25a), der mit einem Ablauf (10b) des Kanals direkt verbunden ist. Zusätzlich umfasst der Kanal einen zweiten Kanalabschnitt (15b) mit einer zweiten Längsseite (25b), wobei die zweite Längsseite (25b) parallel zu der ersten Längsseite (25a) des ersten Kanalabschnitts (15a) angeordnet ist. Die beiden Kanalabschnitte (15a, 15b) sind hierbei so zueinander angeordnet, dass zwischen den beiden Kanalabschnitten (15a, 15b) über Wärmeübertragung ein Temperaturausgleich des strömenden Temperiermediums stattfindet. Hierzu wird das Gegenstromprinzip genutzt, indem im ersten Kanalabschnitt (15a) das Temperiermedium in einer ersten Strömungsrichtung (40a) verläuft, welche entgegengesetzt einer zweiten Strömungsrichtung (40b) im zweiten Kanalabschnitt (15b) verläuft.The freeze-drying plant comprises a tempering device, which is designed to temper a support means (100) for containers of the freeze-drying plant. The two channel sections (15a, 15b) are in this case arranged relative to one another such that a temperature compensation of the flowing tempering medium takes place between the two channel sections (15a, 15b) via heat transfer. For this purpose, the countercurrent principle is utilized in that in the first passage section (15a) the temperature control medium extends in a first flow direction (40a) which runs opposite to a second flow direction (40b) in the second passage section (15b).
