Brückenknopf.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Brückenknopf, mit innerhalb der Manschette liegender geteilter Brücke und die Manschettenränder umgreifenden, Zierknöpfe tragenden Bügeln, dessen Wesen darin liegt, dass die die Befestigungsknöpfe tragenden Brückenschenkel sowie die die Zierknöpfe tragenden Bügel gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind. Die bisher bekannten Manschettenbrückenknöpfe weisen den Nachteil auf, dass der den Befestigungsknopf tragende Brückenschenkel mit dem Zierknopfbtigel aus einem einzigen Stück besteht, so dass bei eventuellem Bruch die ganze Hälfte des Brückenknopfes ersetzt werden muss.
Beim Erssndnngsgegenstande hingegen wird dieser Übelstand dadurch behoben, dass entgegen diesen Manschettenknöpfen die Zierknopfhügel und die die Befestigungknöpfe tragenden Brückenschenkel in einer Hülse gelenkig angeordnet sind, wodurch bei Bruch eines dieser Stücke nur dieser Teil für sich ausgewechselt werden muss. Übrigens wird bei der vorliegenden Erfindung eine erhöhte Beweglichkeit der einzelnen Teile und dadurch auch die des Manschettenknopfes erzielt.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungs- form dargestellt, und zwar zeigt :
Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt des Knopfes,
Fig. 2 eine Vorderansicht desselben.
In einer Hülse 1 sind einerseits zwei, die Befestigungsknöpfe 2 tragende Brückenschenkel 3, andererseits die mit den Zierknöpfen 4 verbundenen Bügel 5 gelenkig angeordnet.
Die Zierknöpfe sind in mit Fortsätzen 6 versehenen Fassungen eingesetzt, welche durch einen Schlitz des Bügels hindurchgesteckt und hierauf umgebogen werden. Übrigens kann die Befestigung des Zierknopfes 4 mit dem Bügel 5 in beliebiger, geeigneter Weise erfolgen.
Die Lagerung der einzelnen Teile des Erfindungsgegenstandes kann auch durch eine zwei-oder vierteilige Hülse bewerkstelligt werden.
PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Brückenknopf mit innerhalb der Manschette liegender, geteilter Brücke und die
Manschettenränder umgreifenden, Zierknöpfe tragenden Bügeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Befestigungsknöpfe tragenden Brückenschenkel (3) sowie die die Zierknöpfe (4) tragenden Bügel (5) gelenkig miteinander verbunden sind.

The subject of the present invention is a bridge button, with a split bridge lying within the cuff and brackets encompassing the cuff edges and carrying decorative buttons, the essence of which is that the bridge legs carrying the fastening buttons and the brackets carrying the decorative buttons are articulated to one another. The previously known cuff bridge buttons have the disadvantage that the bridge leg carrying the fastening button consists of a single piece with the ornamental button, so that the entire half of the bridge button has to be replaced if it breaks.
In the case of the original objects, on the other hand, this inconvenience is remedied in that, contrary to these cufflinks, the decorative button hill and the bridge legs carrying the fastening buttons are articulated in a sleeve, so that if one of these pieces breaks, only this part has to be replaced. Incidentally, with the present invention, increased mobility of the individual parts and thereby also that of the cufflink is achieved.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment, namely:

In a sleeve 1, on the one hand, two bridge legs 3 carrying the fastening buttons 2 and, on the other hand, the brackets 5 connected to the decorative buttons 4 are articulated.
The decorative buttons are used in sockets provided with extensions 6, which are inserted through a slot in the bracket and then bent over. Incidentally, the fastening of the decorative button 4 with the bracket 5 can be done in any suitable manner.
The storage of the individual parts of the subject of the invention can also be accomplished by a two-part or four-part sleeve.
