Abstract
In einem als Staubsaugervorsatz ausgeführten Grundkörper (1) befindet sich eine verschleißfeste Bohrerführung (2). Diese ist in der Arbeitslage gegen Verdrehung in der gewünschten Position gesichert. Bei Wechsel auf einen anderen Bohrerdurchmesser (10) als dem eingestellten wird die Führungsplatte (2) aus dieser Arretierung gehoben und so verdreht, dass der gewünschte Durchmesser in der richtigen Lage wieder in die Verdrehsicherung (5, 6) einrastet. Eine Feder (3) hält die Führungsplatte (2) in dieser Position. Ein rutschhemmendes Element (4) verhindert das Verrutschen der Bohrlehre auf der zu bearbeitenden Fläche (9). Der beim Bohren entstehende Bohrstaub wird mittels externen oder direkt integrierten (12) Staubsaugers durch die besondere Form des Grundkörpers (1) abgesaugt. Dies funktioniert in jeder Arbeitslage. Mit dieser Vorrichtung ist es sehr einfach positionsgenaue Bohrungen herzustellen, die ohne entsprechende Bohrerführung, auf Grund der Oberflächenstruktur der Bearbeitungsfläche oder der Festigkeit des zu bearbeitenden Materials, nur schwer herstellbar sind.In a basic body (1) designed as a vacuum cleaner attachment, there is a wear-resistant drill guide (2). Bohrlehren sind nach dem Stand der Technik inunterschiedlichen Formen bekannt. In der DE 199 51 479B4 wird eine Bohrlehre beschrieben, die eine Öffnungaufweist, womit sie während des Bohrvorgangs direkt aufdas auszuführende Bohrloch gehalten werden kann. Alsnachteilig erweist sich, dass diese ausschließlich derBohrstaubabsaugung dient, eine exakte Bohrerführungfehlt. Die verwendeten Elemente, die die besagteÖffnung begrenzen, bestehen nämlich aus nachgiebigenLamellen, die eine exakte Bohrerführung gar nichtermöglichen.Drilling jigs are known in the prior art in various forms. Beim Herstellen von positionsgenauen Bohrungen inWänden und Decken mit eher weichem oder porösen Putzverläuft der Bohrer beim Bohren auf Grund derOberflächenstruktur und des eingesetzten Putzmaterials.Dasselbe passiert auch beim Bohren auf glatten, hartenMaterialien (z.B. Fliesen). Die Bohrerführung übernimmtbeim Bohren die Positionierung des jeweils verwendetenBohrers. Sie ist in der Arbeitslage mittels inAchsrichtung angebrachter Feder 3 und Verdrehsicherungin der Ebene in ihrer Position fixiert, kann aberleicht verstellt werden um einen anderenBohrerdurchmesser zu verwenden. Die Verdrehsicherungwird mit Ausnehmungen 5 am Umfang der Platte undentsprechenden Gegenstücken 6 am Grundkörperrealisiert. Der beim Bohren entstehende Bohrstaub wirdmit Hilfe eines handelsüblichen Staubsaugers abgesaugt.Dieser wird mit dem im Grundkörper 1 der Bohrlehreintegrierten Anschlussstutzen 8 mittelsStaubsaugerschlauch verbunden. Nach Einschalten des Staubsaugers erfolgt der Bohrvorgang, der dabei entstehendeBohrstaub wird auf Grund der Gehäuseform aus der Kammer7 restlos abgesaugt und kann sich nicht im Raumverteilen.
