Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische Leitung zum Übertragen von Datensignalen, bestehend aus vier zu einem Sternvierer verseilten Adern mit als Litzen ausgebildeten elektrischen Leitern sowie aus einer diese umschließenden elektrischen Abschirmung und einem die Abschirmung umfassenden Außenmantel aus elektrisch isolierendem Material, wobei zwischen der Abschirmung und den verseilten Adern ein Innenmantel aus elektrisch isolierendem Material angeordnet ist, und die verseilten Adern ein inneres, in Leitungslängsrichtung verlaufendes Füllelement einschließen. Zur Verbesserung des Dämpfungsverhaltens und um eine Veränderung des Innenwiderstandes derartig zu beeinflussen, dass die Änderung der Leitungsimpedanz in einem weiten Temperaturbereich und beim Auftreten von biege-dynamischen Beanspruchungen reduziert wird ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass der Innenmantel mit seinem Mantelwerkstoff zwischen den verseilten Adern bestehende Zwickel ausfüllt, und der Innenmantel eine im Querschnitt kreisförmige Auflage für die gesamte Länge der elektrischen Leitung bildet und die Mantelwandstärke des Innenmantels zwischen der Abschirmung und den Adern 0,2 bis 0,4 mm beträgt.The present invention relates to an electrical line for transmitting data signals, consisting of four strands stranded into a star quad wires formed as strands electrical conductors and an enclosing these electrical shielding and a shield comprising the outer sheath of electrically insulating material, wherein between the shield and the stranded cores an inner sheath of electrically insulating material is arranged, and the stranded cores include an inner, extending in the longitudinal direction of the filling element.
