Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Faserwerkstoffrohling zur Herstellung eines Faserverbundwerkstoffbauteils (32), vorzugsweise für ein Fahrzeug, insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug, wobei der Faserwerkstoffrohling (30) als auf einem Rahmen bereitgestellter Faserstrang (5) ausgebildet ist, der dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass mindestens ein Faserstrang (5) auf einen Wickelrahmen (1) gewickelt ist, wobei der Wickelrahmen (1) an einer außen umlaufenden Kante Zähne (4) aufweist. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eine Faserverbundwerkstoffbauteils, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte: Bereitstellen eines Faserwerkstoffrohlings (30) auf einem Wickelrahmen (1), Einlegen des Faserwerkstoffrohlings (30) mit dem Wickelrahmen (1) in ein Umformwerkzeug (35), wobei der Faserwerkstoffrohling (30) vor oder während des Umformprozesse mit einem Matrixharz versehen wird und/oder mit einem aufschmelzendem Thermoplast versehen wird - Umformen des Faserwerkstoffrohlings Faserwerkstoffverbundbauteil (32), (30) zu einem Entnahme des Faserverbundwerkstoffbauteils (32).The present invention relates to a fiber material blank for producing a fiber composite component (32), preferably for a vehicle, in particular for a motor vehicle, wherein the fiber material blank (30) is formed as a fiber strand (5) provided on a frame, which is characterized in that at least one Fiber strand (5) is wound on a winding frame (1), wherein the winding frame (1) on an outer peripheral edge teeth (4).
