Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren für das Herstellen von porösen Körnern aus Wasserglas indem getrocknete Partikel aus Wasserglas durch einen Erwärmungsvorgang zufolge Schmelzens und Verdampfens von eingeschlossenem Wasser aufgebläht werden. Im optimalen Verfahrensablauf wird ein einzelnes Partikel durch Erhärten eines einzelnen Massetropfens gebildet; in der zum Aufschäumen führenden Erwärmungsstufe werden die Partikel und die sich daraus bildenden porösen Körner durch Mikrowellenstrahlung erhitzt und gleichzeitig dabei über einem Fließbett gehalten und bewegt.
