The invention relates to a wall paneling with wall panels [pi] and with support profiles, each having a downwardly open receiving groove for a lower Wa [pi] dpa [pi] eel, an upwardly open receiving groove for an upper wall panel and between the two grooves have a Einhängenut for attachment hooks.
To make wall coverings, where using hooks accessories, such as compartments, shelves, clothes rails, baskets u. Like., Can be fixed, it is known to provide between the individual wall panels mounting profiles which engage in grooves on the front side of the Längsrä [pi] of the wall panels and even surround the front groove wall of this panel grooves in receiving grooves. Between these upwardly and downwardly open grooves of the support profiles results in a Einhängenut for hooks, with the help of the accessories can be mounted either on the wall paneling. A disadvantage of these known wall coverings, however, is that the wall panels and the support profiles must be precisely coordinated with each other and serve the support profiles only for connecting the wall panels, but not to the wall mounting.
The invention is therefore the object of a wall paneling of the type described in such a way that different thickness wall panels, such as panels, such as those used for floors, can be used and results in a simple wall mounting for this wall panels. The invention solves this problem by the fact that the two on the side facing away from the wall a stop surface for the outside of the wall panels forming Aufmeniuten of attachable to the wall mounting profiles in the direction of the groove depth at least two sections with different width to Halteru [pi ] g different thickness Wandpa [pi] eele form.
Since, according to these measures, the mounting profiles are fastened to the wall to be covered, there is no need for special arrangements for fastening the wall panels, because these wall panels are held within the mounting profiles comprising them along the longitudinal edges. This attachment of the wall panels on the support profiles also opens up the easy way of adapting the support profiles to different thickness wall panels, because the grooves of the support profiles in the direction of the groove depth successive sections with different widths for holding different thickness Wandpa [pi] eele can form.
Since the protrusions on the side facing away from the wall form an abutment surface for the wall panel, this abutment surface determines the outer surface of the wall cladding independently of the thickness of the wall panels used. The vertical distance of the horizontally installed wall panels, however, may change due to the different insertion depth into the receiving grooves of the support profiles due to the different thickness of the wall panel, which, however, is generally irrelevant because of the use of the same wall panels for wall cladding.
The wall cladding offers a simple method of laying, because first a bracket profile can be fixed to the wall, in the upwardly open receiving a wall panel is used on which another bracket profile is placed and fixed to the wall before another panel is laid, so the wall paneling is constructed from bottom to top panel by panel, wherein due to the thickness of the Wa [pi] dpaneele the insertion depth of Wandpa [pi] eele results in the receiving grooves of the support profiles by itself. <To accommodate differently thick wall panels, the grooves of the support profiles on the A [pi] impact surface opposite side can form a groove wall whose distance from the stop surface against the groove bottom gradually decreases. This results in a separate step for each panel thickness.
Particularly simple Konstruktio [pi] s ratios arise in this context, when the cross section of the grooves tapered at least gradually against the groove base, because the resulting due to the tapering wedge gap between the front and rear groove wall of the grooves ensures a backlash-free support of the wall panels Through the groove depth continuously inclined rear Nutwa [pi] d is a stepless adjustment to different thickness Wandpa [pi] eele allows.
The wall cladding can be completed with a bracket profile as it is inserted between the wall panels. For aesthetic reasons, however, it is advisable to provide for the top wall panel of the wall cladding a closing profile with a receiving groove which overlaps the upper longitudinal edge of the wall panel and which has at least two sections with different widths in the direction of the groove depth for holding different widths [pi] dpaneele forms. This end profile could be plugged or glued to a lateral support of the top wall panel in side end rails of the wall paneling only on the top wall panel.
If additional support of the uppermost wall panel in the region of its upper edge is required, the end profile can have a wall leg engaging in a wall bracket, the depth of engagement of the wall leg in the wall bracket allowing adaptation to the respective panel thickness without the wall bracket in this respect to have to adjust exactly the height.
In the drawing, the subject invention is shown, for example. Show it
1 shows a wall cladding according to the invention in a fragmentary manner in the region of the two uppermost wall panels in a schematic cross section, FIG. 2 shows a representation corresponding to FIG. 1 of an embodiment of a wall cladding according to the invention, and FIG. 3 also shows a further construction variant of the wall cladding according to the invention in a schematic Cross-section.
The wall paneling shown is composed of individual, each with the same wall panels 1 together, which are offset by means of support profiles 2 parallel to each other in the horizontal direction. The support profiles 2 each have upwardly and downwardly open receiving grooves 3, 4 for the blind edges of the wall panels 1 and between these receiving grooves 3, 4 an egg [pi] hä [pi] groove 5 for attachment hooks of accessories, such as compartments, Trays, clothes rails, baskets u. Like., On. For fastening the mounting profiles 2 to a wall 6, a fastening leg 7 that projects beyond the upper flange 3 is provided, which can be fastened to the wall 6, for example with the aid of screws 8 indicated by dot-dash lines.
Because of the supernatant of the mounting leg 7 relative to the receiving groove 3 results for the mounting of the support profiles 2 before the use of a wall panel 1 in the upper Äufnahme [pi] ut 3 simple working conditions.
According to the embodiment of FIG. 1, the two receiving grooves 3, 4 on the side facing away from the wall 6 in a common wall parallel plane stop surface [pi] 9 for the Wandpa [pi] eele 1, while the opposite groove wall 10 by a Gradation is divided into two sections 11 at different distances from the stop surface 9. Due to this gradation, the spacing of the groove wall 10 from the abutment surface 9 decreases in steps against the groove groove [pi] d, so that the mounting profile 2 can be used for two wall panels of different thicknesses.
By increasing the gradations, adaptations to a plurality of panel thicknesses can be achieved, as indicated in FIG. 2, in which the groove wall 10 of the two receiving grooves 3, 4 respectively forms four sections 11 which are suitable for receiving four wall panels of different thicknesses [pi ] serve. According to FIG. 3, the groove wall 10 opposite the impact surface 9 is inclined towards the groove bottom in the sense of a tapering of the groove transverse element, so that a step [pi] results in loose adaptation to different panel offsets.
To mount a wall cladding, a wall panel 1 is inserted into the upper receptacle [pi] ut 3 of the last fastened support profile 2, starting from a lowermost support profile 2 fixed to the wall 6, before this wall panel 1 with the aid of a further support profile placed on its upper longitudinal edge 2 against the wall 6 is determined by this Halteru [pi] gsprofil 2 is anchored via its Befestigungsfla [pi] sch 7 on the wall 6. Thereafter, a new wall panel 1 can be inserted into the last-mounted support profile 2 and the assembly process can be repeated up to the top wall panel 1 of the wall cladding. In many cases, the uppermost wall panel 1 does not need any additional support in the region of its upper longitudinal edge when this wall panel 1 is held over lateral end rails of the wall paneling.
For optical reasons, however, a conclusion appropriate to the mounting profiles [pi] 2 is recommended. For this purpose, for the topmost wall panel 1, an end profile 12 with a receptacle 13 overlapping the upper wall edge of the wall panel 1 can be provided, which, like the receiving grooves 3, 4 of the covering profiles 2 in the direction of the groove depth, is at least two Form sections 11 with different width for receiving wall panels 1 with different thickness, so that the adjustment option applies to the end profile 12, but this is not mandatory. In Figs. 1 and 2, these end profiles 12 are only on the wall 6, without being anchored to the wall 6.
If a corresponding anchoring is required, the end profile 12 according to FIG. 3 can have a wall leg 14 which engages in a slot of a wall bracket 15, which is mounted on the wall 6 and due to the different insertion depth a tolerance compensation for the Altitude of the end profile 12 allowed. It should be understood that the invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment and enables all [pi] embodiments encompassed by the claims [pi]. Thus, for example, the support profiles could be split longitudinally, in order to form the Einhä pi ¬ grout between the optionally each attachable, each one receiving [s] forming longitudinal parts.
This division may have the advantage that an adaptation of the support profile to the lower and upper end of the wall paneling is possible.
In addition, two or more wall panels 1 could be connected together to form a wall section which is inserted between two support profiles 2. In order that such larger wall claddings can not be pressed against the wall 6, it is recommended to provide spacers for these wall sections on the wall, against which the joined wall panels 1 can be supported. The same applies to thin wall panels 1, which could be bent against the wall 6, for example due to the burden of suspended in the support profiles 2 accessories. Also in this case additional spacers between the wall 6 and the wall panels 1 are advantageous.
