Leuchtelement
Glaselemente, beispielsweise Verbundelemente, in denen Medienverbraucher, z.B.
In bevorzugten Ausfuhrungsformen - sind beide Deckplatten 1 und 2 transparent, z.B. aus Acrylglas oder aus Glas, besonders bevorzugt aus Glas;
- ist die Verbundschicht 3 eine Spezialfolie, beispielsweise eine Polyvinylbutyrat-Folie;
- ist die Leuchtstoffquelle L eine Leuchtdiode (LED),
- enthält das Leuchtelement mehr als eine Leuchtstoffquelle L;
- ist die integrierte Energiezufuhrung E eine Stromzufuhrung;

light element
The present invention relates to a luminous element in the form of a composite element from which light can be emitted in a targeted, directed and blinded manner.
Glass elements, for example composite elements, in which media consumers, e.g. Lighting elements are integrated, which are powered by an integrated media supply with energy, are known. However, light emerging from such transparent composite elements emerges diffused and undirected.
It has now unexpectedly found a luminous element in the form of a composite element, from which the light can be targeted and directed emitted.
In one aspect, the present invention provides a luminous element composed of elements in the form of a composite element, wherein at least one of the elements attached to the outside of the composite element is transparent, and which contains at least one phosphor source passing through lighting an integrated power supply and emitting light through a transparent element, characterized in that the light-emitting element includes a light-influencing element through which light can be directed in a certain direction and emitted through the transparent element.
Elements that can be used in accordance with the present invention include discs or plates that can be assembled into a composite element. The discs or plates are preferably flat, or planar, but may optionally also have curved portions.
In the context of the present invention, "composite element" is to be understood as meaning a construct comprising at least two elements that are connected to one another, regardless of the type of production.
Preferably, the composite element consists of 2 elements. At least one of the elements is transparent to allow the exit of the light. Such elements are known and include elements made of glass or plastic, for example of acrylic glass, preferably elements of glass.
The assembly of elements into a composite element may be accomplished by a composite element fabrication process.
Composite elements can be produced, for example, by bonding elements with a bonding agent. As the adhesive, resins are suitable, e.g. Giessharze, or special foils, e.g. so-called VSG films, which are preferably made of plastic, e.g. Polyvinyl butyrate exist. Preferably, the bonding agent is a special film. Preferably, the bonding agent is transparent, so that it is practically invisible in a composite element according to the present invention. Preferably, composite elements according to the present invention consist of elements which are bonded by means of casting resin or special films, more preferably by special films. Preferred composite elements according to the present invention are glass-glass composite elements.
A composite element that can be used according to the present invention, but also includes a composite element of elements that are not glued, but, for example, by a clamping system, are releasably connected together. In such a case, it may be useful to provide a seal with which the gap between the elements can be sealed, such as a glass, plastic, metal, wood or rubber seal.
The phosphor source and the integrated power supply according to the present invention are advantageously mounted between the elements of the composite element. For example, the phosphor source and the integrated power supply may be incorporated into the adhesive layer, e.g. embedded in the casting resin layer or in the special foil. In the case of a clamping system, the phosphor source and the integrated power supply are advantageously arranged in an element which does not correspond to the transparent element through which light is to be emitted.
Phosphor sources suitable in accordance with the present invention include sources of phosphor used in a composite element, e.g. between two elements, can be embedded. Such sources of phosphor should be as small as possible according to the present invention and include, for example, light-emitting diodes (LEDs). A luminous element according to the present invention contains at least one phosphor source, but may also contain several, wherein the phosphor source (s) is (are) mounted in the luminous element at the desired location. The attachment of the phosphor sources takes place in a suitable manner, e.g. according to known methods, e.g. by gluing, soldering (SMD technology).
The integrated energy supply according to the present invention is preferably a power supply and can be carried out with the aid of an electrically conductive layer, wherein the layer may be present in the form of relatively narrow, for example a few millimeters wide, interconnects. This layer may be e.g. in the adhesive layer of the composite element, but it may be e.g. Also on the inside of the transparent element, to escape through the light, are, for example in the form of a transparent film based on metal or a metallizing film, wherein the conductor tracks are formed by film strips.
Preferably, the transparent element is free of visible supply lines for the power supply.
The integrated electrical connection or the energy supply of the phosphor source can alternatively be effected by contacting the anode or cathode of the phosphor source by means of transparent, conductive oxide layers (TCO layer, transparent conductive oxides). Such layers can be applied in one layer, over the entire surface and later mechanically separated (scribing of electrically separating trenches, for example by laser) to separate the polarities of the energy supply (see Fig. 5).
The supply of the luminous element by external energy can be done by a conventional method, for example by means of a power supply to a power grid, a battery or a battery, e.g. by means of electrically conductive tracks, e.g. as described above, wherein the supply of the luminous element by external energy is preferably free of visible supply lines.
A luminous element according to the present invention contains at least one light-influencing element, e.g. a luminous reflector surface, by means of which the light is directed and emitted by the transparent element in the desired and targeted manner. The light-influencing element is arranged in the vicinity of the phosphor source such that it can be used to achieve a light deflection through the transparent element through which light is to be emitted. The light-influencing element is preferably located around and underneath the luminous source, preferably within the transparent element, through which light is intended to exit.
A light-influencing element which can be used according to the present invention includes, for example, an element having a specially shaped reflector surface, for example a frustoconical or rounded reflector surface. Light influencing element are known. They may, for example, have one or more prisms, grids or lamellae arranged parallel to one another, which are designed such that they deflect or reflect the light in one direction in such a way that it is emitted only in certain angular ranges. Such prism, grid or grid elements can be provided with heights of only a few millimeters.
The introduction of a light-influencing element into a luminous element according to the present invention can take place in a suitable manner, for example by (mechanical, manual or mechanical) machining of the surface of that transparent element through which light is to emerge. Due to the nature of the processed surface, e.g. frusto-conical or rounded reflector surface, the shape of the light cone, which is to emerge through the transparent element, can be influenced.
In addition, a reflective coating can be applied to the machined reflector surface, which likewise influences the type of light emission by the transparent element. A reflective coating is a coating suitable for light reflection, e.g. a coating that is used for light reflection. The reflective coating can be applied in the form of a reflective film, or directly by suitable chemical physical methods such as vapor deposition.
The use of the light influencing element ensures that light emitted by the phosphor source is directed or focused in a special way before it exits through the transparent element.
By selective selection of the reflector surface and targeted selection of a reflective coating, the setting defined light situations can be achieved.
In a preferred embodiment, the present invention provides a luminous element comprising an upper cover plate 1, a lower, transparent cover plate 2, a
Composite layer 3, which contains a phosphor source L and an integrated energy supply E with a power supply from outside, in which the lower cover plate a
Light influencing element LBF contains; e.g. the emission of light originating from the phosphor source L takes place through the lower, transparent cover plate 2 in, directed by the light influencing element LBF
Wise.
Such embodiments are shown, for example, in FIG. 1 and in FIG.
In preferred embodiments - both cover plates 1 and 2 are transparent, e.g. of acrylic glass or of glass, more preferably of glass;
the composite layer 3 is a special film, for example a polyvinyl butyrate film;
the phosphor source L is a light emitting diode (LED),
the luminous element contains more than one phosphor source L;
- is the integrated power supply E a power supply;
the integrated energy supply E is practically invisible in the luminous element,
the light-influencing element is in the form of a truncated cone or in a rounded shape,
- The light influencing element LBF is coated with a reflective film or the reflective layer is directly applied by suitable chemical / physical processes, such as vapor deposition.
A luminous element according to the present invention can be used in a variety of ways, for example in doors, windows, glass fronts and roof surfaces of buildings in which a composite element, such as may be used according to the present invention, which preferably contains glass elements, is present, and in interior design, in the furniture industry or in trade fair construction, in the case of objects which have at least one transparent surface. Examples include shelves, display cases, tables, furniture store, e.
With the aid of the present invention, light may leak out of such articles in a directional manner. Thereby, such as in shops or shelves, objects that are located in an underlying or overlying shelf or in an underlying or overlying drawer, or items that are in a showcase or under or in a presentation rack, be targeted, illuminated , By a suitable choice of the light influencing element, a desired, aesthetically beautiful shape of the light cone can be achieved, by selecting a suitable reflector surface or reflector coating, specific light characteristics, such as color temperature and luminance, can be set in the desired manner.
By combined selection of the Lichtbeeintlussungselementes and a reflective layer, an optimal lighting result of the illuminated surface can be produced.
