Beschreibung:Description:
The invention relates to a composite pipe system for surface mounting consisting of one or more tubes and a sheath, with or without heat-insulating intermediate layer, wherein the joints of the individual tubes are provided with or without heat-insulating intermediate layer and covered by fitting pieces.
Stand der Technik:State of the art:
For various reasons, especially in order to save costs, cables are laid on or above the plaster. For aesthetic reasons, however, this laying technique can only be carried out in adjoining rooms (basements, etc.). In the living area is recommended for these reasons, the flush installation technique, which is more complex and expensive. This disadvantage is striking especially in the rehabilitation area, so the subsequent installation of lines.
It is known that particularly expensive pipelines as shown in FIG. 5, (eg hot water pipes or district heating pipes in buildings are mounted above the plaster using appropriate pipe clips (7).) In a second work step, the pipes are covered with a heat insulation (3) (eg glass wool In a further step, the insulated pipe is now encased with gypsum plasterboard (5) with appropriate substructure as a mounting support. This laying technique offers advantages over the flush-mounted installation, however, is still time-consuming and costly.
Furthermore, from the published patent application DE 2 242 274 a prefabricated pipe system is known, which is provided with a fiber plaster casing. The disadvantage of this system is the high design complexity with frame elements made of angle iron which give the system the necessary strength.
The invention is therefore based on the object, a pipeline of the type described in such a way that the advantageous properties of the time and cost-saving surface installation technique can be exploited, while dispensing with a complex pipe shell construction. This task is solved with the characterizing features of claim.
The invention is described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4, wherein FIG. 1 shows the pipe composite system according to the invention. The further figures show the sectional drawing of a possible installation position (FIG. 2), a branch element (FIG. 3) and possible embodiments of the surface (FIG. 4) of the pipe composite system according to the invention.
Bei Systemen ohne Wärme isolierender Zwischenlage 3 entfällt auch die im Bereich der Rohrverbindung verwendete Einlage 2a.The connection of the individual pipe strands takes place, as shown in Fig. 1, with conventional methods 1a such as screws, soldering or pressing. When the tubes 1 are provided with a heat-insulating intermediate layer 3, the joints are also provided with a heat-insulating insert 2a and then covered with the aid of a matching fitting 2 which corresponds to the tubes 1 with regard to material and surface of the shell 4. This results in a uniform pipe string, with a continuous homogeneous surface that adapts to the spatial conditions. The fitting 2 is, depending on the used surface form Fig. 4, designed accordingly. In systems without heat-insulating intermediate layer 3, the insert 2a used in the area of the pipe connection is also eliminated.
Fig. 2 shows the sectional drawing of a possible installation position of the pipe joint system according to the invention. This has the advantage over the conventional methods of faster assembly by gluing 6, by mortar or adhesive to the wall.
Fig. 3 zeigt beispielhaft ein Abzweigelement, mit den Rohren 1, einer Wärme isolierendenFig. 3 shows an example of a branch element, with the tubes 1, a heat insulating
