Description
2 AT 504 397 B12 AT 504 397 B1
The invention relates to an outdoor lighting arrangement for illuminating traffic areas such as sidewalks, streets, pedestrian areas, with a plurality of spatially separated lights and a plurality of sensors for detecting a pedestrian and / or a passing object, wherein the sensors each one of the lights or a group of Luminaires assigned and in each case together with a lamp form an assembly and / or are arranged in a common housing, the lights each individually or in groups on detection of a passer and / or passing object by the associated sensor to light up, so that a luminous trace from the Passers-by and / or object path visible.
In the prior art, there are various forms of arrangements for illuminating traffic areas such as sidewalks, streets, pedestrian areas, squares and the like. These are usually switched on and off centrally and depending on the time of day.
Furthermore, WO 03/098977 A1, EP 1 408276 A1 and US 2003/0090896 A1 disclose devices which generate a light trail on traffic areas such as sidewalks, streets or pedestrian zones by switching on and off a plurality of luminaires in succession, when passersby enter the detection areas of corresponding sensors.
The invention has for its object to improve a generic arrangement to the effect that the tracer has luminous properties for better visibility by a passer and it results in an easy-to-control tracer whose color changes to better visualization of the way successively.
To achieve this object, it is provided that the lamps each have a fluorescent element and at least one pulse diode for irradiating the fluorescent element and a control device for controlling the pulse diodes is provided such that when turning on a lamp, the pulse height and / or the pulse duration of at least one Pulse diode and thus the color of the light and the persistence of the respective lamp is changed.
An assembly always includes a subset so never all the lights of the arrangement. This creates a trail of light that makes visible the path traveled by the passers-by. It is particularly advantageous if the lights are at least partially, but preferably completely, embedded in the bottom of the traffic area. The lights can thus be designed as a kind of luminous floor tile. The arrangement of lights can also be housed in walls or ceilings or designed in the form of street lights or the like.
In order to limit the light track generated once time, a control is conveniently provided, which turns off the lights individually or in the case of multiple lights at least in groups after a predetermined time or after leaving the detection range of the sensor after switching on again. Both the switching on and the switching off of the respective luminaire can take place with a temporally increasing and / or decreasing brightness during a switch-on phase and / or switch-off phase. Both the turn-on and the turn-off can be performed so dimmed. In particular, when switching off, it is favorable that, as soon as the detected person or the detected object has left the sensor area or the predetermined time has elapsed, the lamp automatically within an adjustable period of, for. Shut down 30 to 60 seconds in its brightness to the off state. Overall, this results in the fact that along the traffic area equipped with the arrangement successively lights or groups of lights are activated and turned on again and then slowly dimming back individually. This results in a trail of light that builds up, for example, triggered by the passers-by, and slowly goes out again. The more people move on the sidewalk, the more traces of light become visible. To set special accents, the lights can be concentrated in different areas in different density.
In principle, various types of sensors can be used to detect passers-by or passing objects. This can e.g. Ultrasonic sensors, capacitive proximity switches, infrared motion detector and / or pressure sensors and / or the like.
In this connection, an aspect of the invention provides that the luminaire has at least one light source and at least one non-contact, preferably light-sensitive, sensor for switching the light source on and / or off and / or is in communication with such a sensor ,
Dabei zeigen:Further embodiments and details of the invention will be explained with reference to the description of the figures. Showing:

Fig. 2 eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Leuchte.Fig. 2 shows a preferred embodiment of a lamp according to the invention.
In FIG. 1, a sidewalk 2 arranged next to a road 3 is shown as an example of a traffic area. For lighting known street lamps 4 are provided. For generation according to the invention of light traps triggered by passers-by, an arrangement of several lights 1 in the sidewalk is sunk in such a way that the cover glass 9 of the luminaire 1 terminates at ground level with the pavement surface. Each of these lights 1 is associated with a sensor for detecting passers-by or passing objects. Once a passer is detected, the light source 8 is turned on by the controller 7 of the respective lamp 1. As soon as the person leaves the detection area of the respective sensor, the respective lamp 1 is switched off again. Both the input and the switch-off process can be dimmed, ie with temporally increasing or decreasing brightness, realized. Alternatively, it can also be provided to switch off the respective lamp 1 after a fixed predetermined period of time after switching on again.
Fig. 2 shows a preferred embodiment of a lamp 1 according to the invention in the housing 5, the light sources 8 are arranged in addition to the controller 7, which conveniently has an accumulator and a solar cell for charging the battery. These may e.g. be designed as light emitting diodes. But there are also all other known light sources possible. As a sensor, a photosensitive sensor 6 is provided in this embodiment according to a preferred aspect of the invention. This detects when - e.g. Shadow of a passerby - reduces the radiated from the outside light intensity. If this is detected by the sensor 6, the controller 7 switches on the light sources 8 of the luminaire 1. In principle, it is also possible to use other known per se in the prior art sensors for the detection of passers-by or passing objects. Examples of this are mentioned above. As a cover of the housing 5, a cover plate 9 is provided. This is translucent and preferably designed diffusely scattering. When installing the lamp 1 in floors, walls or ceilings is conveniently provided that the cover plate 9 and the mounting flange 10 flush with the respective surface of the floor, the ceiling or the wall. In addition to these embodiments of the luminaire according to the invention, however, provision can also be made for adequately designed free-standing lanterns or the like to be equipped with corresponding sensors for generating the luminous traces.
In preferred embodiments it can be provided that the color of the light emitted by the luminaires 1 in each case preferably changes over time. Alternatively or additionally, it can also be provided that at least two of the lamps 1 are suitable for
