Die Erfindung betrifft eine pharmazeutisch wirksame Zusammensetzung auf Basis tierischer Öle.
Im Stand der Technik sind verschiedene Paraffine enthaltende, vorwiegend kosmetische Zu-5 sammensetzungen bekannt.
So beschreibt die RU 2 186 561 A eine medizinische/kosmetische Creme enthaltend Kakaobutter, Vaselin und Zinkoxid. Die US 5 858 371 A offenbart eine pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung zur Behandlung von Dickdarmerkrankungen, die neben einem Flavonoid ein Adstringens io (z.B. Zinkoxid), Kakaobutter und Petrolatum enthält. Die JP 60067414 A beschreibt rissbeständige Suppositorien, die neben den Zäpfchengrundlagen Kakaobutter und FS-triglyceriden Zinkoder Titanoxid enthalten. Ein thixotropes Suppositorium wird in der JP 3176419 A beschrieben; es enthält neben Fettsäureglyceriden (z.B. Kakaobutter) auch Paraffin und ein Puder (z.B. Siliciumanhydrid). Aus der CH 239 847 A wie auch der US 5 882 657 A ist eine Hautschutzcre-15 me, die Praffin, ein flüssiges tierisches Fett sowie kolloidale Kieselsäure und/oder Zinkoxid enthält, bekannt.
Die Erfindung stellt sich die Aufgabe eine Zusammensetzung vorzustellen, die bei äußerlicher Anwendung ein wirksames Mittel gegen verschiedene Probleme im Bereich des Verdauungs-20 traktes von Lebewesen, insbesondere von Menschen, vornehmlich im Bereich des Dickdarmes, ist.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe mit einer Zusammensetzung, welche die Merkmale von Anspruch 1 aufweist. 25
Bevorzugte und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche. Überraschend wurde festgestellt, dass die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung trotz ihres 30 einfachen Aufbaus für den oben genannten Einsatzbereich außerordentlich wirksam ist.
Insbesondere kann die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung gegen Durchfall, Verstopfung, Hämorrhoiden und auch zur Behandlung von Krebs, insbesondere von Dickdarmkrebs, eingesetzt werden. 35
Die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung kann in verschiedenen Darreichungsformen formuliert werden. Insbesondere ist im Rahmen der Erfindung in Betracht gezogen, dass die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung als Zäpfchen zubereitet wird. Die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung kann gegen Analfissuren und bei Hirschsprung eingesetzt werden. 40
In bestimmten Fällen kann die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung auch beim Behandeln von Entzündungen eingesetzt werden.
Vornehmlich wird die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung äußerlich angewendet und bei-45 spielsweise in Form von Zäpfchen zubereitet.
Die wesentlichen Bestandteile der erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung sind - Butter aus Kuhmilch so - Petrolatum (gelb oder weiß) - Puder, enthaltend
Talk,
Kalziumkarbonat,
Magnesiumkarbonat, 55 Zinkoxid, 3 AT 502 665 B1
Aluminiumstearat,
Lanolin,
Paraffin flüssig,
Propylenglykol, 5 Bisabolol und
Parfüm
Als Petrolatum kann beispielsweise Sanacid Vaseline (Roche Austria GmbH) verwendet werden. 10
Ein im Rahmen der Erfindung ersetzbares Puder ist „Nivea Baby Milder Puder Nr.: 9.10.1Γ.
Nachstehend werden Beispiele für erfindungsgemäße Mittel angegeben (in diesen Beispielen entspricht der Bestandteil an "gelbe Vaseline" dem weiter oben genannten Petrolatum und der 15 Bestandteil "Puder" hat die oben wiedergegebene Zusammensetzung).
Beispiel 1:
Eine erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung, die als Zäpfchen gegen Durchfall und zur Behand-20 lung von Krebs geeignet ist, hat folgende Zusammensetzung: - 62 % Butter - 31 % Petrolatum (gelbe Vaseline) 7 % Puder 25
Beispiel 2:
Eine erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung, die als Zäpfchen formuliert ist, das gegen Verstopfung eingesetzt werden kann, enthält die folgende Zusammensetzung: 30 - 24 % Butter - 75 % Petrolatum (weiße Vaseline) - 1 % Puder 35 Beispiel 3:
Ein Zäpfchen, das bei der Behandlung von Hämorrhoiden eingesetzt werden kann, enthält die Zusammensetzung: 40 - 45 % Butter - 52 % Petrolatum (weiße Vaseline) 3 % Puder
Wenn die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung für Kinder formuliert wird, bleiben die relativen 45 Mengenanteile erhalten, es werden lediglich die Gesamtmengen kleiner gewählt.

- 5 AT 502 665 B1 60,0 mg 187,5 mg 2,5 mg 250,0 mg Für Verstopfung Butter Weiße Vaseline 5 Puder Beispiel 12: io Für Hämorrhoiden Butter 112,5 mg Weiße Vaseline 130,0 mg Puder 7.5 mg 15 250,0 mg Ein Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Mittels liegt auch darin, dass es ohne Färb- und Konservierungsstoffe zubereitet ist und seine Wirkstoffe besonders hautfreundlich sind. 20 Zusammenfassend kann ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wie folgt beschrieben werden: Eine zur Behandlung verschiedener Darmkrankheiten vornehmlich Durchfall, Verstopfung, Hämorrhoiden, Krebs (im Darmbereich), Rektum Stenose, Anus praeternaturalis, St.p.morbus Hirschsprung, geeignete Zubereitung enthält als wesentliche Bestandteile Butter, Petrolatum 25 und Puder. Patentansprüche: 1. Pharmazeutisch wirksame Zusammensetzung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Butter aus Kuhmilch, Petrolatum und Puder, das als wesentliche Bestandteile enthält: Talk, Kalziumkarbonat, Magnesiumkarbonat, Zinkoxid, Aluminiumstearat, Lanolin, Paraffin flüssig, Propylenglykol, Bisabolol und Parfüm, enthält.
- 2. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Petrolatum Petro latum gelb und/oder Petrolatum weiß ist.
- 3. Zusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung 24% - 62% Butter, 31% - 75% Petrolatum und 1% - 7% Puder enthält. 40
- 4. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zusammensetzung 62% Butter, 31% Petrolatum (gelbe Vaseline) und 7% Puder enthält.
- 5. Zusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die 45 Zusammensetzung 24% Butter, 75% Petrolatum (weiße Vaseline) und 1% Puder enthält.
