In Fig. 2 ist die Verbindung einer zusammenhängenden Blase 1a auf dem Träger 1 dargestellt, wobei vorzugsweise die Verschweißung am Verbindungsbereich 1 b der beiden Blasenvolumina io vorgenommen wird. Um weiter dann beispielsweise eine Faltblase herzustellen, müssen die beiden Blasenvolumina lediglich übereinandergefaltet werden. Damit kann gegebenenfalls ein Arbeitsgang entfallen. Zum Einsatz kommen können verschiedene Arten von Schweißverfahren, beispielsweise Reib-15 schweißen, Ultraschallschweißverfahren oder bevorzugterweise Hochfrequenzschweißen. Letzteres Verfahren wird auch bei der Verschweißung von PU-Materialien verwendet. Somit können bei einer verketteten Anlage gleiche Verfahren Verwendung finden. Für aus miteinander entlang eines umlaufenden Randes verschweißten Kunststofffolien herge-20 stellte Blasen 1 werden meist diese Blasen 1 vor der Verbindung mit dem Träger 2 hergestellt. Erst in einem zweiten Arbeitsschritt wird dann der Träger 2 - oder werden auch Zusatzbauteile 3, 4, 5 mit den fertigen Blasen 1 verbunden. Jedoch ist auch die Herstellung der Blase 1 durch Verschweißung der Folien gleichzeitig mit der Verbindung mit dem Träger 2 in einem gemeinsamen Arbeitsgang möglich. 25 Um die Dauerfestigkeit des Systems zu verbessern, sind vorteilhafterweise die in den Fig. 4a bis 4c dargestellten Merkmale vorgesehen. Beim Schweißprozeß werden der Randbereich 1b der Blase 1 als auch das Material des Trägers 2 erwärmt. Das Werkzeug 7 verpreßt nach dem Aufschmelzprozeß beide Materialien miteinander. Um dabei an den Werkzeugkanten ausge-30 prägte Kanten der Schweißpunkte oder -linien zu vermeiden, welche die Dauerfestigkeit negativ beeinflussen können, sind vorteilhafterweise Abrundungen der Werkzeugkanten vorgesehen, wie für das gerade Werkzeug 7 der Fig. 4a oder das ringförmige Werkzeug 7b der Fig. 4c dargestellt. Auch eine Strukturierung der Werkzeugfläche des Werkzeuges 7a durch einfache, sich quer oder längs durch das Werkzeug ziehende Wellen, wie in Fig. 4b, wäre möglich. 35 In den Fig. 5a und 5b sind zwei verschiedene Anordnungen von Blase 1 und Trägermaterial 2 bei der Verschweißung in Seitenansicht dargestellt, wie sie speziell bei Verwendung von HF -Verfahren gewählt werden. Auf einem Schweißtisch 8 werden Träger 2, speziell aus Filz, und die Blase 1, speziell aus Kunststofffolie, aufgelegt.
