Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verbesserung an Backöfen, Kochherden und dergl.
Heizeinrichtungen, welche zu den Systemen gehören, bei denen um den zu erhitzenden Backraum von einem Metallmantel umschlossene Hohlräume liegen, die mit Luft, oder ganz oder teilweise mit Wärme speicherndem Material ausgefüllt sind. Die Erfindung besteht nun darin, dass die den Backraum umschliessenden Metallkästen lose angeordnet sind und dem jeweiligen Bedarfsfall entsprechend zur Bildung eines mehr oder weniger grossen Backraumes zusammengestellt werden können.
Ein Backofen nach der Erfindung ist auf der Zeichnung in beispielsweiser Ausführungsform in einem Vertikalschnitt dargestellt.
Der zu erhitzende Backraum a ist von einzelnen Metallkästen h umschlossen, die z. B. in dcr erwähnten Weise mit Wärme speicherndem Material, wie Luft, Sand, Kiesel oder dergl. gefüllt sind. Diese Kästen h sind von einem möglichst dicht abgeschlossenen
