Abstract

Buffer tank (1) with built-in expansion bubble (2) made of rubber or plastic filled with nitrogen gas or compressed air (3), which is compressed when the heating system heats up and absorbs the increase in volume.

Claims (2)

AT 004 884 Ul 'Solid fuel heating systems, in particular wood-fired systems, are operated with a buffer storage. Due to the buffer storage system, the water content of such heating systems is very large and a correspondingly large pressure expansion vessel must be used. It is often very difficult to accommodate such a large pressure expansion vessel in the boiler room. According to the invention, the expansion of the heating water (8) during the heating of the heating water is absorbed by a temperature-resistant expansion bladder (2) made of rubber or plastic which is built into the buffer store (1). This bubble is filled with nitrogen gas or compressed air (3). After installing the expansion bladder (2) in the buffer tank (1), it is filled with a pre-pressure. This form depends on the static height of the heating system. When the heating system heats up, the heating water (8) expands, which increases the pressure in the heating system. The excess water caused by the increase in volume compresses the expansion bladder (2) in the buffer tank (1). During this process, the nitrogen filling (3) is compressed in the expansion bladder (2), which means an increase in pressure. The drawing shows a section through the buffer tank (1) with built-in expansion bladder (2) consisting of: buffer tank (1), expansion bladder (2), nitrogen filling (3), filling pipe (4), »flange connection (5), Fiansch plate (6) , Filling valve with screw connection (7). The expansion nozzle (2) is introduced into the buffer tank (1) through the flange connector (5) in the rolled-up and depressurized state. The flange (5) can also be used to replace the expansion bladder (2). Claims 1.) Buffer tank characterized in that the increase in volume of the heating water (8) is recorded when the heating system is heated up by compressing an expansion bladder (2) made of rubber or plastic filled with nitrogen gas or compressed air (3) and filled with nitrogen gas or compressed air (3). 2. 22.) Buffer memory according to claim 1, characterized in that the expansion bladder can be introduced or renewed through the flange connection (5) in the rolled and unpressurized state in the buffer memory (1). 2
