 bei dem vorliegenden Verfahren gleichzeitig mit dem Prägen der Hohlgegenstände vorgenommen   werden, was bisher nicht bekannt war, vielmehr wurden bislang diese Öffnungen bei Porzellan-, Zelluloid-oder Pappköpfen in einem besonderen Arbeitsgange mit der Hand ausgeschnitten,   was wiederum sehr umständlich war. 



   Bei Puppengelenkteilen, welche mit Kugelpfanne versehen werden, kann die eine Körper- hälfte oder beide mit angestanzten Lappen b ausgerüstet werden, der beim   Zusammenfügen   der beiden Körperhälften zur Lagerpfanne für das Kugelgelenk gedrückt wird. Ausserdem wird an dem Fuss des Puppenbeines ebenfalls ein Lappen c angestanzt, der beim Zusammenfügen der beiden Körperhälften zur Bildung der Fusssohle dient. 



   Die Halbhohlgegenatände oder Hohlgegenstände werden alsdann noch einem Säurebad ausgesetzt, um dieselben unbiegsam und widerstandsfähig zu machen. 



   Die so fertiggestellten Hohlgegenstände können erforderlichenfalls vermittels eines Spritz- verfahrens oder auf andere Weise noch besonders gefärbt oder getönt werden. 



   PATENT-ANSPRÜCHE :
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Hohlgegenständen z. B. Puppenkörpern aus plastischem
Material, bei welchem ein aus einzelnen. Schichten bestehendes Material in Stanzen oder Pressen zu   Halbhohlgegenständen   so geformt wird, dass rings um die   Pressform   Ränder vorstehen, welche mit Klebstoff bestrichen, zum Zusammenfügen der Halbhohlkörper zu einem Hohlkörper dienen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Grundmaterial durchgefärbtes oder ungefärbtes, gefälteltes, d. h. faltig oder wellig hergestelltes Papier, z.

   B. sogenanntes Kreppapier (Kreppzellulose) oder ein in ähnlicher Weise vorbereiteter Papierstoff (Zellulose) verwendet wird, wobei der nach erfolgtem Fertigpressen und Zusammenfügen der Hohlkörper überstehende Rand (a) durch
Wegsohneiden mittels Stanzmesser entfernt wird, so dass ein Hohlgegenstand ohne sichtbare
Nahtverbindung geschaffen wird.
