Koksausdrückmaschine.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Koksausdrückmaschine, bei welcher die Maschine selbst oder der dieselbe tragende Wagen in Arbeitsstellung mit dem Koksofen oder mit Teilen, die mit dem Ofen fest verbunden sind, gekuppelt ist. Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Maschine auf einem als Halb- oder Vollportal ausgebildeten, fahrbaren Untergestell montiert ist, im Gegensatz zu den bisher gebräuchlichen in sich geschlossenen Untergestellen. Der Vorteil, der hiedurch erreicht wird, besteht darin, dass die bisher notwendige breite, der ganzen Ofenbatterie entlang geführte Mauer, auf der die Maschine bisher gefahren wurde, in Fortfall kommt.
Auf der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung schematisch veranschaulich : In Fig. 1 bezeichnet a den Ofen, mit welchem die Koksausdrückmaschine b durch den drehbaren Haken c und Öse d derart gekuppelt werden kann, dass während des Ausdrückens des Koks durch den Ausdrückstempel e ein Abheben der Maschine von ihrer Fahrbahn nicht stattfindet und Biegungsbeanspruchungen in der Maschine nicht auftreten können. f ist das portalartige Untergestell, auf welchem die ganze Maschine angeordnet ist ; g, 9 sind die Fahrschienen für das Untergestell/.
Wie die Zeichnung erkennen lässt, ist das Portal f einhüftig ausgebildet, d. h. die der Ofenbatterie zugekehrte Portalstütze ist weggefallen und die zugehörige Fahrschiene dementsprechend höher angeordnet, und zwar auf der Ofenbatterie entlang verlaufendem Mauerwerk, in weichem Kanäle für Luftzuführung. Kühlung oder irgend welchen anderen Zweck angeordnet sein können.
Bei dem in Fig. 2 gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Untergestell f als Vollportal ausgebildet und die Fahrschienen 9 liegen in einer Ebene ; das Mauerwerk vor der Ofenbatterie fällt also dabei gänzlich fort.

Koksausdrückmaschine, bei welcher die Maschine selbst oder der dieselbe tragende Wagen in Arbeitsstellung mit dem Koksofen oder mit Teilen, die mit dem Ofen fest verbunden sind, gekuppelt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine auf einem halbportalartig ausgebildeten, fahrbaren Untergestell befestigt ist.

Coke squeezing machine.
The subject of the invention is a coke squeezing machine, in which the machine itself or the carriage carrying the same is coupled in the working position to the coke oven or to parts which are firmly connected to the oven. The invention consists in that the machine is mounted on a mobile subframe designed as a half or full portal, in contrast to the previously common self-contained subframes. The advantage that is achieved in this way is that the previously necessary wide wall running along the entire furnace battery, on which the machine was previously driven, is no longer necessary.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the invention are schematically illustrated: In Fig. 1, a denotes the furnace to which the coke pushing machine b can be coupled by the rotatable hook c and eye d in such a way that the coke is pushed out by the pushing die e the machine does not take place on its track and bending loads cannot occur in the machine. f is the portal-like underframe on which the entire machine is arranged; g, 9 are the running rails for the underframe /.
As the drawing reveals, the portal f has a single hip, i.e. H. the portal support facing the furnace battery has been omitted and the associated running rail is accordingly arranged higher, on the furnace battery along brickwork, in soft ducts for air supply. Cooling or any other purpose can be arranged.
In the embodiment shown in Figure 2, the subframe f is designed as a full portal and the rails 9 are in one plane; the masonry in front of the stove battery is completely eliminated.

1. Koksausrückmaschine, in which the machine itself or the car carrying the same is coupled in the working position with the coke oven or with parts that are firmly connected to the oven, characterized in that the machine is mounted on a semi-portal-like, mobile base.
