The bottom of the discharge pipe of the Lutter column opens out, while the discharge pipe 21 leading to the cooler 20 for the alcohol extends from the base of the inner bowl. In the interior of the deflegmator there is a shell 22t which sits on a ring 23 surrounding the opening of the tube 19 and has a number of openings 24.

The cooling water flowing from the cooler 20 through pipe 25 pours into the cavity 26 of the denogmator, overflows and trickles down the outer wall 16, to be collected by a collecting tray 27 provided below and discharged through pipe 28.

The alcohol vapor, mixed with water vapor, emerging from the Lutter column through pipe 19 enters the ring 23 and through its openings 24 into the deflegmator and is guided by the bowl 22 against the wall 16, along which it strokes, in order to then stroke down the wall 17 and to get through pipe 21 into the cooler, where water and alcohol are condensed. The cooling water flowing in 26 has a pre-cooling effect on the vapors in the deflegmator, whereby the lutter is condensed, which flows down along the inside of the wall 17 and collects in the bowl 22. The alcohol vapor, freed from the Lutter, therefore passes through the deflegmator into the cooler.

The individual parts of the Denegmatora can be separated and sealed together so that one can get to the bowl 23 in order to remove it.

   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Continuous mash distiller with mash chambers arranged in steps. characterized in that the overflow openings 2 for the mash flowing down from chamber to chamber are arranged in the two adjoining chambers shared partition walls that in each of the chambers a mash bath that closes its lower overflow opening remains, into which a mash bath remains close to the chamber floor The steam supply pipe 6 branching off from the preceding chamber is sufficient so that the steam flowing upwards from chamber to chamber through these pipe connections 6 penetrates the mash completely, i. H.

brings the alcohol to a boil and leads the alcohol in vapor form to a collector 8 arranged on the uppermost chamber, from where the mixture of steam and alcohol is passed on to the Lutter column or a special deflegmator arranged on it for the purpose of separating the lutter.
