  Derzeitige Art der Verlegung eines Natursteinbodens aus Bruchstücken von Steinplatten und Abfall in der Steinsägeindustrie. 



  Mühsame Erstellung eines schönen Fugenbildes und der Oberfläche erfolgt am Boden, in Beton verlegt, und an Ort und Stelle. Anschliessend Fugen mit Zementmörtel füllen und Oberfläche reinigen. 



  Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein einfaches Verfahren zum Erzeugen und sauberen Verlegen von Steinplatten anzugeben. 



  Dazu werden die Bruchstücke von Natursteinplatten in einer Schalung in eine Betonschicht verlegt und nach dem Aushärten die entstandene Platte in der Mitte geteilt. 



  Es entstehen zwei Bodenplatten mit von der Schalung bestimmten Abmessungen, die einfach und sauber, wie andere genormte Platten verlegt werden können. 



  Vorteile : 1. Durch die Trennung des Blockes an der Schnittstelle. steht die doppelte Fläche. zur Verfügung. 



  2. Keine Verfugung nötig. 



  3. Mühsame Erstellung eines schönen Fugenbildes und der Ober- fläche in knieender Körperhaltung entfällt, da die Platten auf einem Arbeitstisch erzeugt werden. 



  4. Exakte Oberfläche   anlässlich   des Schneidevorganges. 



  Verfahren : Einfüllen einer Lage Beton 1 (ca 3 cm) in die Schalung 6. 



  Verlegen der Bruchstücke aus Natursteinplatten 2. 



  Einfüllen des Fugenbetons 3. 



  Einfüllen einer weiteren Lage Beton 4 (ca 3 cm). 



  Nach Erhärtung des Betons erfolgt die Teilung des Blockes an der Schnittstelle 5 (Mitte des Blocks) mit einer Steintrennsäge.
