Luftsaugebremse.
Bei den bekannten Vakuumbremsen zweigen von der Hauptrohrleitung Rohre ab, an weichen die Notbremse angeschlossen sind. Bei Betriebs-und Schnellbremsungen geht ein Teil der die Hauptrohrleitung durchströmenden Luft in diese Zweigrohrleitungen, um deren Rauminhalt demnach das mit Luft zu erfüllende Leitungsvolumen vergrössert wird.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet nun die Anordnug von selbsttätigen Absperrorganen an den Abzweigstellen der Notbremsleitungen, wobei bei Betriebs-und Schnellbremsungen die Notbremsleitung gegen die Hauptrohr1eitung selbsttätig abgesperrt wird. Hierdurch wird vermieden, dass beim Durchschlagen der Luftwelle durch die Hauptrohrleitung an jenen Stellen, wo die Zweigrohr anschliessen, ein Luftverlast und infolgedessen eine Verringerung der Durchschlagsgeschwindigkeit der Bremswirkung eintritt.
Die Zeichnung zeigt eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung.
Zwischen die Hauptrohrleitung a und die Notbremsleitung b ist die Klappe c eingeschaltet, welche auf ihren Sitz aufliegt und hierdurch die Notbremsleitung abschliesst.
Hingegen wird bei Notbremsung vom Wagen aus die Klappe c durch die in die Notbremsleitung b einströmende Luft geöffnet.
Statt der Klappe c kann natürlich ohne Änderung der Wirkung irgend welches andere selbsttätige Absperrorgan wie ein Rückschlagventil, Schieber oder dgl. angeordnet werden.

In the known vacuum brakes, pipes branch off from the main pipeline to which the emergency brakes are connected. During operational and rapid braking, part of the air flowing through the main pipeline goes into these branch pipelines in order to increase the volume of the pipeline to be filled with air.
The subject matter of the present invention is the arrangement of automatic shut-off devices at the branch points of the emergency brake lines, with the emergency brake line being automatically shut off from the main pipe during operational and rapid braking. In this way, it is avoided that when the air wave breaks through the main pipeline at those points where the branch pipes connect, an air load occurs and, as a result, a reduction in the breakdown speed of the braking effect.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention.
Between the main pipeline a and the emergency brake line b, the flap c is switched on, which rests on its seat and thereby closes the emergency brake line.
In contrast, in the event of emergency braking from the car, the flap c is opened by the air flowing into the emergency brake line b.
Instead of the flap c, any other automatic shut-off device such as a check valve, slide or the like can of course be arranged without changing the effect.
