Kehrmaschine.

Sweeper.
The invention relates to a machine for sweeping rubbish, snow, manure and the like. It is shown in the drawing in two embodiments.
The machine essentially consists of two star, disk or ring-shaped supports a and b, which are mounted on a shaft c parallel to one another and eccentrically to one another. The eccentric mounting of these carriers can take place by means of a crank-like offset 1 of the shaft c or by means of an eccentric mounted on the shaft.

loosely stored and in these spindles brooms, brushes, shovels or the like are attached. The shaft e is mounted in a machine frame with bicycles, of which the carriers are set in rotating motion by means of the gear wheels 2.
With this threatening, the cranks and the spindles are taken along and the cranks are held because the carriers carry out the same movement, with the broom or the like. Always a parallel position and the broom always in the same direction against the ground. This ensures that rubbish, snow or the like is not thrown up by the broom, but only shifted on the floor as in manual work.
The embodiment shown in Figure 1 is now constructed in such a way that the carriers a, b are arranged obliquely to the direction of travel I; on both sides of the girders are connected to the cranks d short lockers, which have degenerated into a frame for clamping the brooms and which stand in the direction of travel (detail Fig. 3). which creates two staggered broom wreaths jE, E2. When the machine is set in motion, the brushes perform a rotary motion in addition to the forward motion, namely backwards in the lower half of the circle exercised.
These two movements are dimensioned in such a way that the brooms in their function, i. i. When touching the ground, execute a resulting movement perpendicular to the direction of travel and thus push the dirt aside. The brush ring sweeps the surface p and then the brush ring E2

turned away.
According to the second embodiment, the carriers a, b are mounted in the direction of travel J, so that the spindles j with the brooms e come to stand perpendicular to the direction of travel; the spindles are provided at the other ends with the same cranks d 'and supports a' and b '. The carriers are driven to move forward in the lower half of the circle being exercised. In front of the broom, a collecting trough g is arranged in the machine frame, the edge 3 of which lies on the floor, so that the rubbish or the like is swept directly onto the Sarnmeltrog.
