Method and device for sucking off the vapor and their utilization in evaporators.
The invention relates to a method and a device by which the vapors are used in addition to heating the heating chamber of the evaporator, that the gases (ammonia, carbonic acid) contained therein are dehydrated and passed into the juice of the same evaporator to a faster To achieve evaporation.
The subject matter of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing in FIG. From the highest point of the heating chamber B of every second and subsequent evaporator A, the light gases (ammonia) are passed through several pipes 1 and the common pipe 2 into a compartment c of the vessel C divided by a sieve-like partition 3. When the gases flow through the partition 3, the condensed water is separated from the ammonia gases and collects at the bottom of the vessel.
The heavy gases (carbonic acid) and the water condensed in the heating chamber are sucked off from the lowest point of the heating chamber through the pipe 4 by means of the vapor pump D, the gases being separated from the water by the siphon E in the pipeline before the pump and by the Pipe 5 are led into compartment c of the vessel C, from which they are jointly led with the ammonia gases through pipe 6 into a perforated pipe F located under the heating chamber at the lowest point of the evaporator.
This device ensures that the gases (ammonia and carbonic acid), which otherwise have a damaging influence on the evaporation process, must be eliminated. can be made usable by introducing these gases into the juice to achieve a stormy effervescence, strong circulation and more rapid evaporation of the juice and thus an increase in the transmission coefficient.
It is noted that the heavy gases from the lower part of the heating chamber can also be conducted directly into the vessel C through the pipe 7.
In the pipe 6, an automatic pipe lock G of known construction is switched on, the float 8 of which closes the pipe 6 by means of a cone 9 when the juice penetrates into the vessel C.
In the event that it would be necessary to switch off the device described, a branch pipe 10 connects to the pipe 2, through which the vapor gases can be led directly to the condenser. The pipes are of course equipped with the necessary valves.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Procedure for suctioning off the vapor vapors and their use in evaporators. characterized in that, in addition to heating the heating ducts of the evaporator, the exhaust vapors are also used in that the gases (ammonia, carbonic acid) contained therein are dehydrated and fed into the juice in the lowest part of the evaporator.
