Einrichtung zur Verhinderung des Eindringens von Fremdkörpern oder Flüssigkeiten in Gärfässer, die an Rohrleitungen zur Abfuhr von Kohlensäure angeschlossen sind.
Um die bei der Gärung von Most oder anderen zuckerhältigen Flüssigkeiten entstehende Kohlensäure aus den Kellerräumlichkeiten ins Freie abzuführen und auf diese Weise erstere stets zugänglich zu erhalten. hat man vorgeschlagen. die die gärende Flüssigkeit enthaltenden Behälter mit dicht angeschlossenen, allenfalls in eine gemeinsame Sammelleitung mündenden Rohrleitungen zu verbinden und letztere bczw. die Sammelleitung ins Freie zu führen. Diese Einrichtung hat aber den Nachteil, dass durch Zufall-es seien starke Regengüsse erwähnt- oder durch frevelnde Hand Verunreinigungen durch die Kohlensäureleitung in die Fässer gelangen und deren Inhalt verderben können.
Zweck der vorliegenden Erhndung ist nun, diesen Nachteil dadurch zu beseitigen, dass Einrichtungen getroffen werden, welche ein Eindringen von Verunreinigungen in die Gärfässer ausschliessen und trotzdem eine klaglose Abfuhr der Kohlensäure gewährleisten.
