  Maschine zur Herstellung von Zündholzinnenschachteln. 



   Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Maschine zur Herstellung von Zündholzinnenschachteln, bei welcher der Span und der Papierstreifen um einen ununterbrochen sich drehenden Kolben gewickelt werden. Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass der bekannte zweite Kolben, auf den die teilweise fertiggestellte Schachtel zwecks Anbringung des Bodens geschoben wird, während des Überschiebens der Schachtel mit derselben Geschwindigkeit und in derselben Richtung wie der erste Kolben gedreht, nach erfolgter Überschiebung aber   zum   Stillstand gebracht wird. Nachdem der Boden an der Schachtel befestigt und die jetzt ganz fertige Innenschachtel von dem stillstehenden Kolben entfernt worden ist, wird dieser abermals in Drehung gesetzt, eine neue Schachtel, die inzwischen auf dem ersten Kolben fertiggewickelt worden ist, wird übergeschoben, usw.

   Durch die Einrichtung nach der Erfindung wird die Überschiebung der Schachtel auf den zweiten Kolben und die Fertigstellung auf ihm trotz der ununterbrochenen Drehung des ersten Kolbens ermöglicht. 



   Fig, 1 der Zeichnung zeigt einen Teil einer derartigen Maschine zur Herstellung von   Innenschachte1n   nach der Erfindung in Seitenansicht ; Fig. 2 ist die Endansicht hit'zu. 



   Bei der dargestellten Maschine ist 4   : der ununterbrochen gedrehte Kolben,   auf welchem der Span und das Papier aufgewickelt werden. Nachdem eine Schachtel gewickelt worden ist, wird sie mittels einer geeigneten Vorrichtung auf den Kolben 35 übergeschoben, an dessen Vorderseite vorher der Bodenspan 36 angebracht worden ist. Es ist hiebei wegen der ununterbrochenen Drehung des Kolbens 4 notwendig, dass der Kolben 35 während der Überschiebung der Schachtel in derselben Richtung und mit genau derselben Geschwindigkeit wie der Kolben 4 gedreht wird. Hierauf wird er zwecks Fertigstellen und Entfernens der Schachtel und Befestigung eines neuen Bodenspanes an ihm zum Stillstand gebracht.

   The present invention relates to a machine for making match liners in which the chip and strip of paper are wrapped around a continuously rotating piston. The invention consists in that the known second piston, onto which the partially completed box is pushed for the purpose of attaching the base, is rotated at the same speed and in the same direction as the first piston while the box is pushed over, but is brought to a standstill after it has been pushed over . After the base has been attached to the box and the now completely finished inner box has been removed from the stationary piston, the latter is set to rotate again, a new box, which has meanwhile been finished wrapped on the first piston, is pushed over, etc.

   The device according to the invention enables the box to be pushed onto and completed on the second piston in spite of the uninterrupted rotation of the first piston.

   In the machine shown, 4 is: the continuously rotating piston on which the chip and paper are wound. After a box has been wrapped, it is pushed by means of a suitable device onto the piston 35, on the front of which the bottom chip 36 has previously been attached. Because of the uninterrupted rotation of the piston 4, it is necessary here for the piston 35 to be rotated in the same direction and at exactly the same speed as the piston 4 while the box is being pushed over. He is then brought to a standstill for the purpose of finishing and removing the box and attaching a new bottom chip to him.

According to the illustrated embodiment, a gear 38 is attached to the shaft 37 of the piston 35, in which a toothed segment 39 engages.
