Abstract
Concrete test cube mold made of plastic for the production of concrete cubes with an edge length of 15 x 15 x 15 cm, with two, opposite, absolutely permanent, remaining flat or flat surfaces (Figure 1 point 1). The two surfaces in the plastic mold, Which will later result in the test pressure areas for the hardened concrete, even after frequent use and intensive use, remain flat and even and therefore dimensionally accurate for the subsequent sample cube production.

<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

The utility model protection application relates to a sample cube shape for the production of concrete cubes with an edge length of 15 x 15 x 15 cm. Thanks to the use of two absolutely flat and even metal plates, which are either incorporated into the plastic mold during the manufacture of the concrete sample cube or are already firmly anchored in the finished plastic mold, an absolutely flat and even surface is achieved even after the hardened sample cube body has been stripped Expected area of the test cube.
Previously used sample cube shapes and their use: In the Ö standards (B3303, B3307, B4200 part 1), the production of concrete sample cubes is mandatory for internal and external monitoring. So far, in order to ensure the flatness of two parallel surfaces,
Plastic molds made of brittle, "stiffer" plastic to achieve and maintain the required flatness. Nevertheless, due to temperature influences or constant use
Uneven printing areas. The resulting lower ones
Compressive strengths required a certain increased reserve in the concrete formulation for a safe, quality-conscious concrete production.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
The disadvantages of these forms, which have been used up to now: With frequent use or different working conditions (weather, concrete temperature etc.) the surfaces warp or become crooked.
By using "brittle" plastics, the flatness of the printing surfaces could be maintained over a short period of time, but this created a greater risk of breakage even when used intensively. The result was shorter downtimes.
When producing test cubes in hot weather, the plastic mold did not retain the required flatness.
The utility model protection is explained in more detail below with reference to FIG. 1: It shows the sample cube shape in a schematic oblique view. The sample cube shape shown in Figure 1 shows the two flat, flat metal plates (item 1) firmly anchored in the plastic mold (item 3). However, loose metal insert plates can also be used instead of the fixed anchoring.
