Der Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auf der Zeichnung in zwei Ausführungsformen dargestellt. Der vorteilhaft aus federndem Blech hergestellte Haken a ist mit seinem Hakenstiel 1 drehbar entweder mit der an dem Tragbande e einstellbaren Klemme b (Fig. 1, 2) oder mit dem Plättchen c (Fig. 3,4) der auf dem Tragbande c bangenden Doppelöse d vermittels einer Niete 2 oder dgl. befestigt. In dem unteren Teile des Hakens a ist eine Rolle 3 angeordnet, über welche die Strippe 4 geführt ist, welche letztere an ihren Enden, wie in den Fig. 3 und 5 gezeigt, Blechbügel 5 trägt, die an der Ho. se mittels der Niete 6 drehbar befestigt sind.
Durch den drehbaren Haken a wird erreicht, dass bei der Neigung des Körpers der Haken a sich um den Drehpunkt 2 verdrehen kann, so dass die Strippen 4 entweder gar nicht oder nur in beschränktem Masse über die Rollen 3 sich bewegen, wodurch die Reibung der Schnüre auf den Rollen 3 und an der Kleidung auf das geringste Mass ge- bracht wird. Damit der Haken a bei der Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 3 und 4 nicht unmittelbar auf dem Kleidungsstück liegt, kann unter dem Haken ein am Plättchen c oder der Öse d befestigtes Lederstück 7 angeordnet sein.
