Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Strum pfhose durch Rund- stncken, bei welchem über die Höhe der Strumpfhose Maschenreihen aus einem umwundenen
Elasthanfaden und vorzugsweise Maschenreihen aus einem Polyamid- und/oder Naturfaserfaden gestrickt werden.
Strumpfhosen werden üblicherweise mit einem Bundband bzw. mit einem gestrickten Doppel- rand versehen, welche den Halt der Strumpfhose im Hüftbereich sichern. Sowohl die Herstellung als auch das Anbringen des Bundbandes sowie das Stricken des Doppelrandes stellen aufwendige
Arbeitsvorgänge dar. Ausserdem ist das Bundband sowie der Doppelrand für die Trägerin häufig unangenehm. Strumpfhosen nach dem Stand der Technik sind beispielsweise in den
US-PSen 3 651 670 oder 3 933 013 geoffenbart.
Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Strumpfh ose zu schaffen, die einen einwandfreien Tragesitz ohne Bundband oder Doppelrand gewährleistet. Das erfin- dungsgemässe Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass zumindest in Abschnitten des ohne Hal- tebund ausgebildeten Hosenteiles eine grössere Anzahl von oder engere Elasthanmaschen ge- strickt werden und/oder dickere Elasthanfäden als im Beinteil verwendet werden, oder dass zumin- dest in Abschnitten des ohne Haltebund ausgebildeten Hosenteiles Elasthanmaschenreihen mit geringerer Höhe und/oder aus dickerem Faden gestrickt werden als im Hosenteil vorgesehene, vorzugsweise abwechselnd mit den Elasthanmaschenreihen gestrickte Polyam idmaschenreihen.
Vorzugsweise werden in den Hosenteil zusätzliche Elasthanfäden eingestrickt. Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung werden im Hosenteil Elasthanmaschenreihen aus einem umwundenen Elasthanfaden vorgesehen, die nur teilweise mitgestrickt werden. Die vorstehend erörterten Massnahmen bzw. die Kombination dieser Massnahmen ermöglichen die Erzielung eines einwandfreien Haltes der Strumpfhose ohne das Erfordernis eines gesonderten Haltebundes, wie eines Bundbandes. Das Prinzip der Erfindung ist beispielsweise ebenso auf rundgestrickte Slips oder andere derartige sitzhaltige Bekleidungsstücke anwendbar.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel unter Bezugnahme auf die
Zeichnungen näher erläutert, die in Fig. 1 eine schematische Darstellung einer Strumpfhose und in den Fig. 2 Detaildarstellung von zwei Strickmustern zeigen.
Bei der in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Stumpfhose 1 ist die Haltefunktion in den Hosenteil 2 selbst verlegt, d. h. es ist kein Bundband od.dgl. vorgesehen. Dies wird beispielsweise durch Strik- ken von abwechselnden horizontalen Maschenreihen 3 aus einem umwundenen Elasthanfaden und Maschenreihen 4 aus Polyamid- und/oder Naturfaserfaden erreicht, wobei die Elasthan- maschenreihen 3 mit kleinerer Höhe bzw. enger gestrickt werden als die Polyamidmaschenreihen
4. Alternativ oder zusätzlich können die Elasthanmaschenreihen aus dickeren Elasthanfäden ge- strickt werden als die im Hosenteil 2 vorgesehenen Polyamidmaschenreihen.
Es können aber auch im Hosenteil nur Elasthanmaschenreihen vorgesehen werden und zu- mindest in Abschnitten des Hosenteiles eine grössere Anzahl von oder engere Elasthanmaschen- reihen gestrickt werden und/oder dickere Elasthanfäden als im Beinteil 5 verwendet werden. Au- #erdem können im Rahmen der Erfindung bei jeder der Hosenteilausführungen zusätzliche
Elasthanfäden eingestrickt werden.
Gegenüber einer normal gestrickten Strumpfhose mit Bundband ist das Grundmaterialmengenverhältnis von Elasthan zu Polyamid beispielsweise von etwa 40:60% auf etwa 30 :70% dert, um den einwandfreien Sitz der Strumpfhose im Hosenteil 2 zu gewährleisten.
Eine andere Alternativlösung besteht erfindungsgemäss darin, dass im sogenannten Vorstossbereich unterhalb des Hosenrandes ein Streifen aus einem umwundenen Elasthanfaden gestrickt wird. Dabei wird beispielsweise die Anzahl der Elasthanmaschenreihen wesentlich erhöht, z. B. um 30-50%, und es werden Reihen mit geringerer Höhe bestrickt.
Im Rahmen der Erfindung können im Hosenteil an bestimmten Stellen a uch aus einem umwundenen Elasthanfaden bestehende Maschenreihen vorgesehen werden, die nur teilweise mitgestrickt werden, so dass die Haltefunktion des Hosenteiles durch diese Bindungsänderungen zusätzlich beeinflusst werden kann.
