Scharnierbefestigung für Bügel von Zigarrentaschen und dgl.
Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Scharnierbefestignng für Zigarrentaschenbügel und dgl, und zwar bezieht sich die Erfindung insbesondere auf solche Scharniere, bei welchen an den Scharnierteilen Befestigungslappen vorgesehen sind, welche Lappen in entsprechende Ausnehmungen des Gegenstandes (Bügels) eingeführt werden.
Bisher erfolgte die Befestigung in der Weise, dass die Lappen nach dem Einführen in die Ausnehmungen einfach umgebogen wurden ; es musste jedoch am Ende des Scharnierteiles noch ein besonderer, eine Fortsetzung des Scharnierteiles bildender hakenförmiger Lappen vorgesehen werden, mittelst dessen der Scharnierteil in den Bügel eingehängt wurde ; und dieser Lappen besorgte eigentlich die Sicherung des Scharnierteiles gegen Herausziehen.
Diese Art der Befestigung erforderte eine umständliche Manipulation beim Einführen jedes einzelnen Scharnierstückes und bot keine Gewähr für ein dauerhaftes Zusammenhalten der Teile.
Man hat daher eine andere Ausführungsform der Lappenbefestigung vorgezogen, bei welcher ein besonderer, über den Scharnierteil vorstehender Lappen vermieden und eine sichere Verbindung erzielt worden konnte, indem die Lappen über den Rand des Bügels selbst umgebördelt wurden.
Diese Art der Befestigung bietet aber den Nachteil, dass der Bügelrand nicht mehr glatt ist und hiedurch besondere Massnahmen bei der Fabrikation der fertigen Tasche erforderlich sind, um die Lappenränder unsichtbar zu halten.
Um alle diese Nachteile zu vermeiden und ohne Anwendung eines besonderen vorragenden Lappens eine sichere und gleichmässige Befestigung sämtlicher in den Bügel eingeführter Scharnierlappen in einfacher Weise zu erzielen, wird der Erfindung gemäss in den Bügel je ein Draht (D) eingelegt und sämtliche Lappen um diesen Draht umgebogen. Das Umbiegen erfolgt gleichzeitig für sämtliche Lappen. Diese Konstruktion der ScharnierVerbindungen ermöglicht eine zeitersparende, höchst einfache Manipulation und gewährleistet eine sichere Befestigung der Scharniere, welche äusserst schwer lösbar ist.

The subject of the present invention is a hinge fastening for cigar bag hangers and the like, and the invention relates in particular to hinges in which fastening tabs are provided on the hinge parts, which tabs are inserted into corresponding recesses in the object (bracket).
So far, the fastening has been done in such a way that the tabs were simply bent over after being inserted into the recesses; At the end of the hinge part, however, a special hook-shaped flap had to be provided, forming a continuation of the hinge part, by means of which the hinge part was hooked into the bracket; and this flap was actually responsible for securing the hinge part against being pulled out.
This type of fastening required laborious manipulation when inserting each individual hinge piece and offered no guarantee that the parts would be held together permanently.
Another embodiment of the flap attachment was therefore preferred, in which a special flap protruding over the hinge part could be avoided and a secure connection could be achieved by flanging the flaps over the edge of the bracket itself.
This type of fastening has the disadvantage, however, that the edge of the bracket is no longer smooth and, as a result, special measures are required during the manufacture of the finished bag in order to keep the edges of the flap invisible.
In order to avoid all these disadvantages and to achieve a secure and uniform fastening of all the hinge tabs introduced into the bracket in a simple manner without using a special protruding tab, a wire (D) is inserted into the bracket and all tabs around this wire bent over. The bending takes place simultaneously for all tabs. This construction of the hinge connections enables time-saving, extremely simple manipulation and ensures that the hinges are securely fastened, which is extremely difficult to detach.
