The invention relates to a method for washing textiles with nozzles which spray pressurized washing liquid into the laundry
The principle of washing clothes, as is known, is that liquid molecules are pressed through the textiles. The oldest known method is to hit the wet laundry on a stone or with a board. Soap was added later.
The drum washing machine was developed after numerous designs.
As much as you have worked to improve this washing machine, its weaknesses have remained so great. In order to press the liquid molecules through the textiles, the drum, which works with a centrifugal acceleration of approx. 0.5 to 0.9 g, repeatedly lifts the laundry and drops it. This process only causes a movement of the water molecules of approx. Im / sec. This movement is much too slow to ensure a timely washing process. That is why you take large amounts of detergents and water temperatures up to the boiling point. A washing process of conventional washing machines can therefore take up to 3 hours.
The even greater disadvantage of conventional washing machines is the centrifuging (spinning) of the laundry. In order to get a good grip on the vibrations and balancing in this process, concrete blocks and the like are used, which makes the washing machine unnecessarily heavy, unwieldy and expensive; apart from the many rotating parts, which are subject to very high wear.
The invention has for its object to provide a method for washing laundry under the action of liquid jets, which allows a vibration-free but effective cleaning of the treating textiles and in which the molecules of the washing liquid are pressed through the laundry at high speed. The method according to the invention is characterized in that the laundry is set in rotation by the liquid jets and that the laundry is optionally placed in a fixed washing container.
When the method is practiced, the liquid jets emerge through one or more movable or immovable nozzles and are pressed through the textiles. The speed of the washing liquid molecules achieved is no longer only Im / sec but variably up to 20m / sec. and more The nozzles are preferably designed so that they can be moved in all directions. One or more nozzles can be used. The nozzles can all be controlled individually or simultaneously in one or in different directions, so that the laundry is rotated two or three-dimensionally in different directions.
The outlet cross section of the nozzles and the pressure of the pump are adjustable. This enables a very precise and quick washing process depending on the type and amount of textiles. The washing liquid, which is driven by the pump, passes through a pressure interrupter (pulsator).
The frequencies of the pulsator are in the sound range up to 18 kHz; adjustable. This can also cause the entire washing liquid and thus the laundry to vibrate. The washing process is not only the strongest when passing the laundry near the nozzles, but throughout the washing kettle. The washing process takes a maximum of 15 minutes when using the washing machine according to the invention. This saves up to 80 percent in energy, 50 percent in detergents and the machine is half the size with the same capacity.
The method according to the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing which, for example, shows in an axial section a machine suitable for carrying out the method according to the invention.
After loading the washing kettle 3 and the fabric softener mixer 18, the lid 2 is closed. After entering the program and switching on the machine, the water runs through the valve 20, the fabric softener 18, the valve 16, the further valve 13 to the inlet nozzles 11, through the washing prechambers 10, through the perforated floor 7 for washing in the boiler 3. Das Water is brought to the desired temperature in the washing chambers 10 - if necessary - by heating elements 9. The pump 19 sucks the washing liquid through defrosting nozzles 11, the valves 13 and 16, the filter 17 and through the pulsator 15 via the nozzles 12 the washing liquid becomes again pressed for washing in the boiler 3. After the end of the program, when the lye has to be changed, fresh water comes through the valve 20 and the water inlet nozzle 1 and expands a membrane 4.
Due to the expansion of the membrane 4, the alkali in the boiler 3 is carried away by the laundry, the perforated bottom 7, the washing chambers 10, the outlet nozzles 11, the valve 13, the heat exchanger 14 and the water outlet

Venting and venting valve 8 serves to ensure that an air cushion is always maintained between membrane 4 and alkali. This means that the laundry can circulate freely and the lye can be completely removed. This process can also be repeated several times, depending on the needs and soiling of the laundry.
The sounder (pulsator) 15 brings additional time reduction and has an energy-saving effect
