Claims (5)

AT 404 115 B Spreizfingers 12 ist eine Luftdüse 13 befestigt, welche über eine Zufuhrleitung 14 mit Druckluft versorgt wird. Die Luftdüse 13 ist als Lavaldüse ausgebildet (Fig. 6), wobei die gegen die Düsenverengung 18 gerichtete Auslaßöffnung 15 der Zufuhrleitung 14 einen kleineren Auslaßquerschnitt aufweist als die Einlaßöffnung 17 der Lavaldüse 13, sodaß sich ein Ringspalt 19 ausbildet. Die anmeldungsgemäße Vorrichtung arbeitet wie folgt: Nach Füllung des Sackes 10 mit dem Füllgut 20 wird der Sack 10 durch die in die Sacköffnung einfahrenden Spreizfinger 12, 12a seitlich gespannt und so für das nachfolgende Verschließen vorbereitet. Die Spreizfinger 12, 12a sind sowohl schwenkbar als auch in ihrer Längsrichtung beweglich angeordnet. Durch die am Spreizfinger 12 angeordnete Luftdüse wird kurzzeitig ein Luftstrahl eingeblasen, wobei die Düse 13 so ausgerichtet ist, daß der Luftstrahl nach außen gegen die Sacköffnung weg vom Füllmaterial 20 gerichtet ist. Durch den dadurch entstehenden Unterdrück kommt es zu einem Entweichen der im Sack befindlichen Luft und zu einem Zusammenklappen der seitlichen Sackwände 16, wie dies aus Fig. 4 strichliert gezeichnet ersichtlich ist. Wenn man den Spreizfinger 12 als Rohr ausbildet, kann die Luft direkt durch den Spreizfinger 12 der Düse 13 zugeführt werden. Ein zusätzlicher positiver Effekt der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung besteht darin, daß der auf der oberen Seite des Sackes haftende Staub, der den Verschließvorgang insbesondere im Fall von Verschweißen behindert,beim Entlüften des Sackes entfernt wird. Patentansprüche 1.
