Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Anschluß einer Luft- und einer Abgasleitung an ein Gehäuse eines Heizgerätes gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a connection of an air and an exhaust pipe to a housing of a heater according to the preamble of claim 1.

Bei derartigen Anschlüssen ist ein Adapterkasten vorgesehen, der im wesentlichen die Form eines Parallelepipeds aufweist, der praktisch ausschließlich vom Stutzen des Gehäuses gehalten ist. Dabei ergibt sich das Problem, daß der Adapterkasten und die an diesem angeschlossene Luftleitung eine erhebliche, exzentrisch zum Stutzen des Gehäuses wirkende Last darstellen, die allein von diesem aufgenommen werden muß. Da der Stutzen relativ dünnwandig ausgebildet ist, kommt es durch die exzentrische Belastung häufig zu einem Verbiegen des Stutzens, wodurch sich neben ästhetischen Problemen, insbesondere bei emaillierten Stutzen, bei denen es zu Rißbildungen und Ablösungen der Emailschicht kommen kann, auch Probleme hinsichtlich der erforderlichen Sicherheit der Anschlüsse, insbesondere der Abgasleitung, ergeben können.With such connections, an adapter box is provided which essentially has the shape of a parallelepiped, which is held practically exclusively by the socket of the housing.
