Due to the excellent cleaning effect of the solution, the active ingredient mixture can be diluted to a 0.15% by weight solution for use, a concentration that is far below the norm of conventional cleaning agents. The mixture is usually prepared in the concentrate as a 6% by weight solution. For use, this concentrate can be diluted to a 2.5% by weight solution.
The concentration of the working solution is matched to a water hardness of up to 15. DHG, whereby more of the concentrate has to be added from this hardness in order to achieve a comparable cleaning effect.
The cleaning agent is preferably adjusted to a pH of 5.89 to 6.5 in the dilute working solution. The selection of active ingredients and the skin-neutral pH of 5. 89-6. 5 grants extensive environmental compatibility and corrosion inactivity and thus safe handling of both the concentrate and the working solution.
Furthermore, the active ingredient composition has little foaming and is therefore resistant to ultrasound, an advantage that is particularly important for the medical field.
The cleaning solution is preferably used in the form of a spray, spray bottles or pump & spray bottles being provided as refillable bottles for this purpose, which relieve the environment as much as possible and ensure easy handling of the cleaning agent
Depending on the field of application, the cleaning agent according to the invention can also be used in the form of impregnated wipes or as an immersion solution.
The preparation of the cleaning solution will be explained in more detail using the example below. However, this example is only intended as an application of the invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Cumene sulfonic acid is neutralized with triethanolamine and adjusted to a 40% by weight solution with distilled water, producing heat. Citric acid (8 kg) is added to the warm 40% cumene sulfonate solution (200 kg) with stirring (2000 turns, high-speed stirrer) over a period of 5 minutes. Butyl glycol (160 kg) is added and the mixture is stirred for a further 5 minutes (2000 turns, high-speed stirrer). Isopropyl alcohol (320 kg) is stirred in over a period of 2 minutes. The homogeneous mixture is cooled, filtered with a fine filter and filled into barrels.
This gives 688 kg of a stock solution which has a high storage stability. If this solution is diluted to 1: 167, a 6% by weight concentrate of 11467 liters is obtained. If this concentrate is diluted to 1:39, 458688 liters of a working solution are obtained, which has the following composition
