Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Bereitstellung, zum Auftragen und zum Verteilen von Mitteln, vorzugsweise dermal wirkenden oder schützenden Salben, Ölen und dgl., an Körperoberflächen von
Lebewesen, insbesondere an selbsttätig schwer erreichbaren Stellen des menschlichen Körprs, umfassend einen Manipulationsteil und mindestens ein Auftrags- und Verteilungselement, wobei der Manipulationsteil aus mindestens einem flexiblen Band 2 gebildet ist, welches vorzugsweise im wesentlichen im Bereich der halben Längserstreckung mit mindestens einem als Speicherkissen oder Aufnehmer 1 mit einer Verteilung- fläche 16 für das Auftragsmittel ausgebildeten, senkrecht zu dieser Fläche elastisch zusammendrückbaren
Auftrags- und Verteilungselement verbunden ist,
in welchem Speicherkissen oder Aufnehmer mindestens ein Hohlraum oder mehrere Hohlräume, insbesondere schwammartig zusammenhängend, für eine Aufnah- me von mindestens einem mit der Körperoberfläche in Kontakt zu bringenden Mittel angeordnet ist, welcher
Hohlraum oder Schwammteil Verbindungskanäle 14 bzw. Verbindungen mit der Verteilerfläche 16 des
Kissens 1 aufweist, durch welche Verbindungskanäle 14 bzw. Verbindung das Auftragsmittel durch Span- nung des Bandes 2 und Anpressen und/oder Hin- und Herbewegen des Speicherkissens 1 auf dem Körper des Lebewesens auspressbar und auf der Körperoberfläche verteilbar ist.
Sowohl in der therapeutischen als auch in der prophylaktischen Veterinär- und Humanmedizin Ist oft ein gleichmässiges, gefahrloses und einfaches Verteilen von Mitteln auf den gewünschten Bereichen der
Oberfläche der Körper erforderlich. Das möglichst gleichmässige Auftragen erfolgt zumeist händisch mit
Lappen, Schwämmen oder dgl. oder mit der gegebenenfalls durch einen Plastikhandschuh geschützen inneren Handfläche. Ein oftmaliges Eintauchen des Auftragshilfsmittels in einen Tiegel, in welchem zum
Beispiel eine Salbe bereitgestellt ist, bzw. eine laufende Entnahme der Salbe ist dabei erforderlich.
Aus WO 92/17237 ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung therapeutischer Pflaster bekannt, welches Pflaster eine haftklebende Rückschicht, eine wtederabtösbare Schutzschicht und dazwischen Wirkstoffresevoirab- schnitte aufweist. Weiters ist aus der Wo 93/00955 eine Vorrichtung für eine Absorption von medizinischen
Lösungen durch die Haut bekannt geworden. Diese Vorrichtung besitzt einen Versorgungsspeicher bzw.
Behälter, welcher am Boden eine Befüllungsöffnung und einen Ausschnitt, welcher einen Verschluss mit
Mikrodurchbrüchen zur Bereitstellung der Lösung auf der Haut aufweist. Innerhalb des Behälters ist ein
Druckelement zur Regelung des Lösungsflusses angeordnet. Beide obige Vorrichtungen sind jedoch nicht für ein gleichmässiges Auftragen und Verteilen von Mitteln geeignet. Für den Gesichtsbereich ist in der DEA- 3524392 eine brillenförmige Behandlungsmaske offenbart, welche eine Trägersubstanz aufweist, die mit pharmazeutisch/kosmetisch wirksamer Substanz gefüllt ist.
Ein Apparat zur Behandlung innerer Verletzungen oder Entzündungen des menschlichen Körpers besteht gemäss DE-A-2810737 aus einem Lederriemen mit Schnalle, auf welchem eine Platte aus Kunststoff verschiebbar angeordnet ist, wobei die Platte über einem aufblasbaren Raum eine Membrane besitzt, auf der ein mit Medikamenten getränkter Tampon festgehalten werden kann. Obige Einrichtungen sind jedoch zum Auftragen und Verteilen von Mitteln nicht geeignet.
Bel wunden Flächen auf der Haut von Tieren, beispielsweise Pferden, kann es notwendig sein, vorübergehend schmerzerzeugende Heilstoffe gefahrlos gleichmässig aufzutragen. Dabei werden, um einer Verletzungsgefahr bei einer Reaktion der Tiere zu begegnen, an zumeist langen Manipulationsstangen Kissen angebracht, die Im Zuge des Auftragens des Heilstoffes oftmals in diesen enthaltende Gefässe einzuführen sind. Auch beim Menschen kann eine Hautbehandlung, bei zum Beispiel Verbrennungen am Rücken, oftmals nicht selbsttätig oder nur durch Zuhilfenahme von umständlich handzuhaben- dem, gegebenenfalls behelfsmässig selbst angefertigtem und zumeist wenig tauglichem Gerät durchgeführt weden.
Insbesondere bei einem oftmaligen Auftragen von Sonnenschutzmitteln oder gegen Wasser schützenden Stoffen am zentralen Rücken muss oft tätige Hilfe anderer in Anspruch genommen werden.
Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen und setzt sich zum Ziel, eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art zu erstellen, mit welcher obige Nachteile beseitigt werden. Dieses Ziel wird bel einer gattungsgemässen Einrichtung durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruches 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
Die durch die Erfindung erreichten Vorteile sind Im wesentlichen darin zu sehen, dass ein flexibles, also leicht biegbares, jedoch wenig dehnbares Band zur Manipulation eines darauf befestigten Auftrags- und Verteilungselementes vorgesehen ist, wodurch eine leichte und raumsparende Unterbringung bzw. Lagerhaltung der Vorrichtung erreicht wird. Es ist auch möglich, mehrere Im wesentlichen parallel oder winkelig zueinander spannbare Bänder einzusetzen und dadurch eine genauere Positionierung des Auftragselementes an Körpern zu erhalten. Günstig ist es ferner, wenn das Band bzw. die Bänder durch ein, für einen bestimmten Anwendungszweck besonders geeignetes Material, zum Beispiel glatter Kunststoff bzw.
Plastik, gebildet ist bzw. sind und wenn das Auftrags- und Verteilungselement, vorzugsweise im Bereich der halben Längserstreckung des Bandes mit diesem verbunden ist. Dabei ist wesentlich, dass das Auftrags- und Verteliungselement als Speicherkissen oder Aufnehmer mit einem oder mehreren Hohlraum bzw. Hohlräu-

men für ein aufzutragendes Mittel ausgebildet ist und auf der der Verbindungsfläche mit dem Band gegenüberliegenden Seite eine Verteilungsfläche für das Mittel, welche mit dem Hohlraum bzw. Speicher durch Kanälchen verbunden ist, aufweist.
Es ist ferner wichtig, dass das Speicherkissen elastisch zusam- mendrückbar ausgebildet ist, so dass beim Spannen des Manipulationsbandes durch ein Andrücken und/oder Hin- und Herbewegen des Speicherkissens das Auftragmittel im Hohlraum unter Druck gesetzt und durch die Kanäle an die Verteilungsfläche bzw. auf die Haut auspressbar ist. Als besonders vorteilhaft hat sich eine schwammartige Beschaffenheit des Kissens erwiesen, weil damit gleichzeitig an vielen Stellen der Verteilungsfläche das Mittel bereit gestellt wird.
Eine Einstellung einer bestimmten erforderlichen und/oder gewünschten Menge an an der Verteilungsfläche verfügbarem Mittel, wie Salbe oder Öl oder dgl., ist einfach durch eine entsprechende Anpressung des Speicherkissens am Körper möglich, was leicht mittels des flexiblem Manipulationsbandes auch beim Hin- und Herziehen bewerkstelligbar 1St. Sind eine
Massagewirkung und/oder ein Auftragen von mehreren Mitteln, die erst auf der Haut zusammengeführt werden sollen, erforderlich, so können auf einfache Weise mehrere Speicherkissen gegebenenfalls mit unterschiedlichen Füllmitteln im Auftragsbereich am Band angeordnet werden.
Um ein möglichst schonendes und trotzdem gleichmässiges Auftragen des Mittels zu erreichen und ein Vibneren bzw. Rattern des Speicherkissens beim Hin- und Herziehen auf der Körperoberfläche zu vermeiden, kann es von Vorteil sein, wenn die Verteilerfläche des Speicherkissens eine konkave Form bzw. eine nach aussen gerichtete Wölbung besitzt und/oder, wenn zumindest In Richtung der Bandlängserstrekkung die Aussenkanten des Speicherkissens gerundet sind. Dieser Vorteil ist auch bel Speicherkissendicken unter 100 mm, gegebenenfalls unter 50 mm, wirksam.
Wenn, wie gemäss einer weiteren Vanante vorgesehen ist, die freie Oberfläche, insbesondere die Verteilungsfläche, des Speicherkissens zumindest teilweise mittels einer abnehmbaren Folie oder durch Faltung mittels eines Bereiches des Bandes abzudecken, so kann bei einer Lagerung oder bel einem Transport der Vorrichtung ein Austreten des im Hohlraum gespeicherten Mittels und damit eine Gefahr von Verunreinigungen durch das Mittel wirkungsvoll verhindert werden. Im Sinne einer absoluten Sicherheit gegen ungewolltes Austreten des Mittels hat es sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn das Speicherkissen zur Einbringung des Auftragsmittels In den Hohlraum einen, vorzugsweise verschliessbaren, Insbesondere selbstschliessenden Befüllungskanal aufweist.
Dadurch kann erst unmittelbar vor einer Verwendung der Vorrichtung eine Befüllung des Kissens, gegebenenfalls aus einer mit einem passenden Anschlussteil versehenen Vorratsflasche, erfolgen.
Bevorzugt hegen bel einer Verwendung von dünnflüssigen Mitteln die Mündungen der Kanäle In bestimmten geometrischen Bereichen der Verteilungsfläche, was ein besonders gleichmässiges Auftragen bel einem Strich und dadurch eine grösstmögliche Schonung der Haut bewirkt, was Insbesondere bel einer Behandlung von Verbrennungen günstig sein kann.
Insbesondere Im Hinblick auf eine sichere und wirtschaftliche Verwendung der Vorrichtung sowie einer hohen Flexibilität betreffend eine Bereitstellung unterschiedlicher Auftragsmittel ist es bevorzugt, wenn ein oder mehrere Speicherkissen lösbar bzw. auswechselbar am Manipulationsband befestigt sind. Mittels einer sogenannten Klettenverbindung, die in Ihrer Ausdehung keinesfalls die Verbindungsfläche am Speicherkissen überragen soll, kann leicht durch Abziehen und Anlegen ein Austausch derselben vorgenommen und somit das Ausmass der mitzuführenden Teile minimiert werden.
Weiters kann vorteilhaft sein, wenn zur Bildung von sicheren Gnffen das Band mit Eingnffsöffnungen oder Schlaufen versehen ist.
Besonders vorteilhaft einfach und wirkungsvoll kann ein Austreten von Auftragsmitteln aus dem Speicherkissen während der Lagerung und Insbesondere während des Transportes bzw. Mitführens verhindert werden, wenn das Band unmittelbar neben der Verbindungsfläche mit dem Kissen einen Abdeckbereich für das Kissen aufweist, dessen Breite gleich oder grösser ist als jene der Verteilungsfläche und dessen Länge mindestens die halbe Länge des Speicherkissens beträgt. Damit ist es möglich, durch eine einfache Falttechnik mit dem Manipulationsband des Speicherkissen zu umhüllen bzw. die Verteilungfläche abgedeckt zu halten und beim Anziehen an beiden Bandenden eine Entfaltung des Bandes und eine Bereitstellung der Vorrichtung zum Auftragen und Verteilen von Mitteln zu erreichen.
Anhand einer nur ein Beispiel der Erfindung darstellenden Zeichnung soll die Erfindung erläutert werden
