Die Erfindung betrifft ein zahnärztliches Arbeits-Handstück mit einer Einrichtung zur Bildaufnahme, z.B. von Video-Signalen, bestehend aus einem Bildleiter und einem Lichtleiter.The invention relates to a dental work handpiece with a device for image acquisition, e.g. of video signals, consisting of an image guide and a light guide.
Bei einem Arbeits-Handstück, das aus der DE 22 08 902 A bekannt ist, sind die beiden Leiter für das Bild und das Licht außenseitig an dem Handstück angebracht. Das hat verschiedene Nachteile. So wird das Handstück durch die außen angebrachten Leiter und die angeschlossenen Schläuche voluminös und ist nur umständlich und unhygienisch zu handhaben. In den Schläuchen sind Zuleitungen zum Bildleiter und zum Lichtleiter unterzubringen, die z.B. als Glasfaserbündel ausgebildet sind. Diese sind ebenfalls voluminös und wenig biegsam, also bruchgefährdet, so daß die Handhabung weiter erschwert wird. Da bei dieser Ausbildung die Bildaufnahme-Einrichtung außerhalb angeordnet sein muß, verschlechtert sich durch die langen Obertragungswege das Bild und das zugeführte Licht. Außerdem ist es erforderlich, zur Pflege, Reinigung und Desinfektion die Leiter und Schläuche abzunehmen, wenn man nicht die Übertragungsleistung verschlechtern will. Die Abnahme der Leiter und Schläuche ist aber wiederum umständlich.In a work handpiece, which is known from DE 22 08 902 A, the two conductors for the image and the light are attached to the outside of the handpiece. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Bildleiter und der Lichtleiter in das Handstück eingebaut sind, sich jeweils in Längsrichtung des Handstückes erstrecken und nach einer.
