Claims (1)

Hiezu 1 Blatt Zeichnungen 2AT 398 439 B The invention relates to a method for a laundry and environmentally friendly washing system in commercial household washing machines with laundry and environmentally friendly soaking prewashing agents, for example fine soda. For the disinfection of hospital laundry and similarly soiled laundry, it has already become known (DE-OS 2,501,325) that the laundry to be disinfected and cleaned with a dilute, aqueous solution of a soaking and prewashing agent containing about 20 to about 80% by weight paraformaldehyde and contains approx. 80 - approx. 20% by weight of soda at a temperature in the range of room temperature, at a slightly elevated temperature, for a few minutes. From DE-OS 3,924,519 a washing machine was known with which dirty laundry can be treated without dirt-dissolving detergents. It is an ultrasonic washing machine with an ultrasonic resonator, which is attached so that high-frequency ultrasound passes through the laundry in the water. This should lead to reactions in the water that loosen the dirt without any detergent, more effectively than with detergent in known washing machines. However, such ultra-washing machines are costly, so that it is an object of the invention to provide a method for conventional household washing machines which allows laundry to be prewashed in an environmentally friendly manner. This is achieved with a method of the type mentioned at the outset when a choice can be made between conventional and environmentally friendly prewash, the environmentally friendly prewash being able to be extended up to 24 hours by means of a timer, the laundry being fully covered with detergent during prewashing, the alkali temperature being high Brought to 20 degrees Celsius and then kept constant, with the laundry being circulated once every hour and with half the usual amount of detergent being used for the subsequent main wash cycle for normally soiled laundry. With this method it is possible to prepare laundry that is soiled and gentle to the environment for the main wash cycle and to achieve complete cleaning of the laundry in the main wash cycle with a significantly reduced amount of detergent. The attached drawing illustrates, for example, the course of the washing process. You can choose whether a pre-wash should take place or not. If the answer is affirmative, a choice can be made between a laundry and environmentally friendly pre-wash, which is referred to as an ECO pre-wash. The soaking time can then be pre-selected for the environmentally friendly pre-wash cycle, for which soft duration zones of eight, twelve or twenty-four hours can be selected. If you have opted for the pre-wash cycle, which is gentle on the laundry and the environment, after the soaking time has also been preset, 2/3 of the washing drum is filled and the pre-soaking agent (e.g. fine soda) is dissolved. The lye that forms is heated to 20 × and kept at this temperature. The laundry is circulated every hour with the drum, which makes one or two revolutions. The hourly circulation of the laundry is repeated as long as the preselected soaking time has not expired. After the pre-set soaking time has elapsed, the main washing process is started, which is carried out with 50% of the usual amount of detergent. If no pre-wash cycle is to take place, the conventional main wash cycle is carried out immediately after the start. As already mentioned, it is also possible to carry out a prewash cycle of a conventional type instead of a laundry and environmentally friendly soaking process. In this case, this conventional prewash cycle is then carried out after the start, after which the conventional main wash cycle is carried out. 1. A method for a laundry and environmentally friendly washing system in commercially available household washing machines with laundry and environmentally friendly pre-wash detergents, for example fine soda, characterized in that a choice can be made between conventional and environmentally friendly pre-wash cycle, the environmentally friendly pre-wash cycle being extended by a timer for up to 24 hours The laundry is fully covered with soapy water during prewashing, the suds temperature is brought to 20 ° Celsius and then kept constant, with the laundry being circulated once every hour, and for the subsequent main wash cycle, with normally soiled laundry, the half the amount of commercial detergent is used.
